We were very pleased with Superior Restoration. We had a water leak from the 2nd floor down to the 1st floor. Our insurance company sent SR to dry the leak and we were so impressed, we had the company remodel the bath, install a new tile shower, and complete some other construction projects we never managed to get done. Everyone was professional, polite, on time, and very responsive to any question or concern we had. Their work was flawless and the couple issues we had with the subcontractors work was remedied very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I needed someone to come to my house, inspect and give me a rough estimate for the work that needed to get done. Since it is clearly advertised on their website«FREEESTIMATES,» I thought this would not be an issue for Superior Restoration Services but apparently it is a problem. I spoke with a technician and expressed how important it is for someone to come out as soon as possible to give a rough estimate of cost, and I clearly communicated that I understood that there was a chance that some work may be hidden and there may be additional costs once work started. The technician flat out told me that they«do not and are not able to do estimates.» WHATTHEHECK, WHYADVERTISEYOUDOWHENYOUDONOTHONORYOURADVERTISEMENT? Then comes the best part… I told the tech. I really needed someone to come out and at least tell me what I was dealing with and give me a ball park idea of cost… he said he’d have the call center contact me for an appointment time. Out of courtesy, I let the tech know that I was considering other companies for the work, that I wanted to make sure I got a few estimates before choosing who to go with. When the call center got back in touch with me, the gal(who was very nice) expressed that she«understood that I was under financial hardship and that I was in a pinch, «but«they simply«do not offer free estimates and…» Honestly I cut her off; I was infuriated that the tech. told her I was financially incapable of paying for their service and assumed I wanted something for nothing. I told the woman in the call center that I was offended by their assumption that I was incapable of paying for the service and that I was merely doing what every intelligent human being paying for a service should do: shop around for the best quality, best price & best customer service before dishing out dollars from my pocket book. Even if Superior does good work [ I am assuming as they came highly recommended] and I choose not to support a company that makes such awful assumptions about potential clients AND who provide FALSEADVERTISEMENTONTHEIROWNWEBSITE. All I am saying is they need to treat people respectfully and back up the services they claim to provide on their website. I requested they do not contact me again. I am saddened by their lack of respect and their horrible customer service. If they didn’t want my business they could have simply expressed it rather than to accuse me of being financially strapped and unable to pay for their service. It is disappointing that I was punished for price and quality comparison shopping.

I couldn’t decide if I should give this place three or four stars. They were really good, got us in within twenty four hours after another company was a no show, were really friendly on the phone and in person, did a great job at cleaning the carpets, and a pretty good price. Now for the bad part. They showed up forty minutes late. Places that do that drive me nuts. But since all their good out weighed their one bad. I would probably use this company again.

These guys are awesome! We had a major water leak emergency that required three days of drying in three rooms of a vacation home. The General Manager, Chad, was the guy on the scene with his trusty crew within 15 minutes of my call. You can’t even get a police car to your house that fast these days! I knew from the moment I shook his hand that this guy had good Zen and would treat us right. He was honest and forthright about what he could and could not do and he looked you in the eye when he told you that. As he predicted, he was able to save the carpet, but some of the wood laminate flooring was not going to make it.(Side note: That stuff doesn’t suffer water leaks too well. Seriously think about it before you install wood laminate in your house. Maybe tile would be a better option for your new ‘hard material’ floor.). If you’ve got a water problem, Superior will solve it. Not only that, they are general contractors and can do all the work start to finish, and, they are experts at working with your insurance company. These kinds of life events are stressful, it’s good to have business like Superior to guide you through them.
