Requested carpet cleaning service and tile cleaning as well and appt. was set up to have manager or owner to do the consult. Measurements were taken and a written quote was given to do a total square footage of approximately 1900 sq. ft. for $$$. I asked whether the carpet would be treated with a deodorizer and was assured that this was«included & standard». I then asked if the stone tiles were going to be resealed after the cleaning of the tiles and I was informed that was a part of the«included standard package». Appt. day: From the get go, two service technicians arrived and proceeded to set their equipment to clean the carpets first. One of the technicians immediately asked if he could use one the bathroom and I informed him that it was okay to do so but use the guest bathroom near the foyer. They then informed me that it was best if I was not present during the cleaning but I stated I need to remain in order to move furniture or such if needed be. This was not taken too well by one of the technicians. Carpet and tiles were cleaned and technicians began to pack up their equipment and they presented the bill. I asked if they were going to come back later to reseal the stone tiles and the lead technician stated that was not part of the service, but I informed him that I was told by the owner who had informed us that was part of the service for cleaning stone tiles(included as part of the stone cleaning service package). I then stated there must be some sort of mistake and asked if I could speak to the manager to clear up the confusion. The lead technician grew irate and turned red and called his supervisor or manager. I then was informed that I would be contacted shortly and they had to go. I asked if they had another service call and the technician stated no. I waited for a call back from the manager &10 min. later received a call back and spoke to the manager outside the house due the fans being set out in front of the carpet areas for drying. The manager stated that it was not a part of the service but I informed him that HE was the one that stated it was a part of the package for stone cleaning. I then requested it be completed and stated that I would pay the additional amount. After getting off the phone, the manager spoke to the two technicians via phone and released them after I paid them but only after the lead tech(Trevor) used the bathroom again. Never did he once say thank you, but it goes without saying with some people. The same lead technician handed me the receipt & nearly shoved me my receipt and even though, I said«Thank you», he walked off and looked back angrily with his red face and clenched fists. Charming. Needless to say, I did have the floors resealed by the manager himself and yes, we paid him an additional amount to have this«included package deal». He also defended his technician’s bad behavior, which leads me to believe the company tolerates bad & disrespectful behavior toward customers. It is my hope that Spot’s reads this review, and TRULY turns a new leaf & holds people accountable for their disrespectful behavior and be more honest and/or upfront in how their technicians conduct themselves. I gave them 2 stars overall. They cleaned my carpets & tiles as requested but they did manage to leave scuff marks on my wall with their machines. It took a day and half for the carpet to dry and there was no deodorizer scent after it was dry. This review would have EASILY been a 5⁄5 with stars if the manager/owner was honest & upfront about the estimate, the disrespectful employee was held accountable & made an apology(or that they were respectful & careful in the first place), and that they made no drywall, scuff marks on my wall(which will require some drywall repair now). Just be weary of their«included package deals» and monitor their technique to avoid having them scuff you in more ways than one. They do, however, on the positive side, use their own water and do a pretty thorough job. Moreover, Leslie, the company’s coordinator, was very polite and professional at the time of scheduling the appointment. Just wished I had a better experience, and they would have had my business indefinitely.

You want to get taken advantage of then use Spots Carpet Care. Had water damage and was quoted $ 1,000 but was presented with a $ 2,200 final bill. Not honest. Not up front. Would never recommend using this business.

I’ve used Spots before but their performance recently was so great that I had to take the time to write a review. I live in a rental home that has very old carpet. It was«professionally» cleaned by someone else before I moved in. After a year and a half of living in the home with 5 people, kids, an old dog and an outdoors lifestyle, the carpets were in pretty poor shape. As always I called Spots and let them know that I didn’t expect them to come out that great considering their age and use. The receptionist called me back once to move me up in the schedule when they had a cancellation, pretty convenient on the week of Thanksgiving. The tech Glenn showed up about 3 minutes early and started his job as I went off to work. When I got home from work I had quite a surprise. The carpets were cleaner than they were when I moved in. Every stain that I was worried about was gone, including several areas that weren’t clean when I got there. I don’t know what they do differently than the other carpet cleaners but«the proof is in the carpets». This was definitely the best carpet cleaning I’ve ever seen by them or any other company.

Quite simply the BEST carpet care service in Flagstaff and possibly the state! Lesley was incredibly efficient and super friendly when it came to booking my appointment for carpet cleaning and pet treatment on a very tight schedule and Trevor was not only courteous and patient with me as I vented my frustrations over the condition of my carpet, but did the most thorough job one could ever ask for. Don’t even think about calling anyone else!

Spots does have excellent customer care but more than that, they know how to clean carpets! I have had them twice now and will continue to use them. They also did an excellent job cleaning a couch for us. The carpets dry very quickly too which is great.
