I wasn’t expecting much out of this place since it’s New York style food in Northern Arizona. The food was mediocre. I got a chili cheese burger and chili fries, there wasn’t much taste to the food but it was definitely filling. What really makes this place not worth going to is the prices, everything on the menu is slightly overpriced for the quality you receive. The owner and staff are very nice and friendly but the quality of the food was something you could make at home in the microwave.

While on a road trip checking out hot dog places. Hit up NY Hots which is in a mall. The service was good and although the lady working the counter was new, she did a great job answered all our questions or got someone that could. The food was good.

This place is SO GOOD. They make everything fresh and nearly everything on the menu is customizable. So, don’t be afraid to ask for what you want! NY Hots is actually locally owned, and their staff is helpful, friendly, and hilarious. I definitely recommend stopping by after shopping.

So i ate at his business twice already and both times was very underwhelmed by the food. This time around I ordered the «trash plate» which pretty much what it sounds like. It contains potatoes, with some kind of chili and two hamburger patties drizzled with ketchup and mustard. The service was very mediocre and the cashier seemed very condescending. Needless to say that the next morning I woke up throwing up all that I had eaten from the night before. I am not sure if it was the hamburger patties or the strange chili, but I was not able to go to work due to the food poisoning. I would not recommend this place. If they can’t cook their food properly then they don’t deserve your business. I have tried all the other places in the mall and they are far better than this eatery.

The mushroom and swiss burger was a bit disappointing, especially for 7 bucks, nothing more than a jumbo jack with some swiss cheese and sauteed shrooms on a soggy supermarket bought bun.
Chili cheese fries i believe consisted of frozen store bought crinkle fries and canned no beans chili but at least it was a pretty big portion for 6 bucks.
The Philly cheese steak, chopped up dry hamburger patty with some cheese a few diced red onions, but a decent amount of food for a bit over $ 7.
I can’t say that i was overly disappointed and that any of the food tasted bad, it was just nothing overly special either and i wouldn’t make it my go to spot but for a quick fill you up at the mall it is not all bad!

Been looking for a solid Cheese steak in Flagstaff for awhile! Finally found one! And in the mall no less! Friendly staff, quick made to order. Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Eaten here a few times while at the mall. Usually a simple corn dog. Not exactly gourmet but it always tastes good and is fresh. Staff is always extremely friendly and personable. No complaints =)

Found this little hideaway in the back of the food court inside Flagstaff Mall.
New York style burgers and hot dogs.
The family-​owned business is quaint and the owner’s wife (I think) makes the amazing cannolis that I have to have once a month. Amazing cannolis.
