I contracted Kachina to fix my heater. After checking out the job he said he would do it the next day. It was not done. 6 days later, I called to see why it was not done? He said he was too busy. I told him he could have called to let me know… He hung up the phone! We had one Unprofessional experience with Kachina Heating.

Owner basically came and hit the unit, called it fixed, and then left. As you may have guessed it was not fixed, and he wouldn’t return and make it right without charging me more. Try Boyer heating instead — they’re honest and they do good work.
