There’s a guy that works at the help desk(he’s the shorter wider one with glasses) that has an attitude and was acting like a stuck up and rude person totally ruin my time looking for a good read.

I don’t want to bash any book stores because I’m still glad they are around but with that being said its so expensive in there. Almost everyone has a smart phone and when you look up these prices online you can always find a cheaper deal. My man did find a set of 4 books he has been wanting for ever and no other place had them in store but after looking on Amazon they were $ 3 cheaper each and free shipping– so he ordered them on his phone in the book store. The one thing I do like is there kid section, there are a ton of pop up books and books that have sound. It is also closed off just a little so they can play with a train. This section is also of course marked up but some of the pop ups we couldn’t find online, so we just use those for presents for our little ones birthday. Lastly the puzzle section went waayyyyy down :(boo My family use to just come to this location for the puzzles but there was almost nothing this time. Ps there is a coffee shop in here and a magazine section right next to it– could be a cute date !

Not a bad store, but it is a smaller location so there is a lack of selection that larger locations have. Overall though, great place to book shop.

While this might seem as if its a standard Barnes and Noble store, I don’t think it is. It has books, music, movies, a decent café, and plenty of seating areas for patrons. It also has a lot of toys and board games, which is ok if you like that sort of thing. Unfortunately it is not the best location I have been in selection wise. The place was clean and well organized, and the staff was great. However the selection of books was not as in depth as others I have been in. There was a lot of standard mainstream stuff of course, but when I tried to find a book on a mainstream subject(disability), they didn’t carry any of them, and the person who helped me called it a niche and suggested I order them from the website or in the store. The same thing happened when I tried to find a popular children’s book. I can see why the big box bookstores are struggling now. Aside from that, the staff was friendly and the food was surprisingly good in the café. I got a hot chocolate and a pastry. Other than that, this place is nothing special. I would go to Bookman’s instead since its just down the street. They have a more eclectic selection to choose from.

Standard Barnes and Noble store. Lots of books, obviously. Not a whole lot of games(thus the loss of a star), which I am beginning to see more of in other stores. There starbucks here serves Cheesecake Factory desserts — how cool! Service is OK, we were not greeted by anyone or asked if we could be helped by anyone during our hour long visit.

Your normal Barnes and Noble EXCEPT the doors to the restrooms are kept open at all times. This is a policy of this particular store. They claim its for safety. I’ve enjoyed B&N from coast to coast and have never seen this before!
