Unprofessional and unreliable. Tony’s was supposed to tow my car 2.3 miles to get a flat repaired — they were an «approved» towing service for my roadside assistance coverage. They first said it would take about 1hour for them to arrive. I called after an hour passed, and they told me it would be another 45minutes. My roadside assistance company called to check the time and he told them it would be another HOUR! We cancelled the service with Tony’s as they were completely unprofessional and unapologetic for it.

I took my car into Tony’s twice so far, and each time their customer service is exceptional! I don’t know much about auto repairs, but Tony and his team were nice and patient with me. I did a lot of price shopping around before I found them, and these people are honest, and upfront with the cost, and do not try to rip you off. Turnaround time was extremely quick, and they are good with communicating that with you. Highly recommended!

This is a newer business. About three years now in 2014. My car broke down nearby and was able to contact this business right away. They were able to look at my car the next day and did a great job on repairing it. Good prices and quick work.
It is a bit hard to find. They are tucked behind the yellow building and their garage is on the southeast corner of the building.
