I was looking to buy a new suit and wanted personalized service and that’s exactly what I received here. I worked with Kent and he was fantastic. I went in thinking I was going to have a custom suit made and ended up with a tailored off the rack suit that looks great, thus saving me hundreds of dollars. We were in a time crunch to get the suit and get it tailored and Kent kept me regularly updated and even offered to stay at the store late (after hours) for me to come in for my fitting because I wasn’t going to be able to make it before closing. Bottom line is this is a high service establishment. For an investment like a suit, it’s absolutely worth it to have a guy like Kent making sure you look good. I’ll be back.

Visit Kent and staff, they are very friendly and attentive. If you are looking for quality shoes and clothing at a reasonable prices with free fitting and alterations. Shacks is the best place to go.
When I am looking for shoes I have found that the most comfortable shoes have come from Shacks.

I went in here after work still in my work clothes to check out their store. I was followed by an associate who would not leave me alone. She continuously asked me if I needed help. I asked her to let me look and if I needed help I would let her know, thinking she would have gone back to folding clothes. She continued to follow me (closely). I asked her to let me look around and she offered to show me the door! Unreal the nasty service for such pricey clothes in an area that is so poverty stricken. Buyer beware, unless you are dressed in your best clothes, stay away or you will be harassed.
