Orthopedic Associates of Dutchess County Rehabilitation Services

This review is based solely on their atrocious customer service, which is a real shame because they have some very good doctors. This office recently moved to Hopewell and personally its gone totally down hill since then. I never had an issue speaking to someone when they were still in Fishkill. Now they are in this big beautiful building, which serves as little comfort when it takes 10 – 15 on hold before someone even picks up. God forbid they actually transfer you where they say they will, but what I can assure you is that you will be waiting another 20 plus minutes on hold to find out if they did. Seriously, either hire a whole new staff, or add some competent people to the mix, because that new office smell holds little meaning when your service is this bad. New furniture and elevators isn’t going to alleviate my pain, seeing the dr will, and when you make that impossible to do, people start going elsewhere. I seriously dread having to call this place, I thought at first they were just understaffed, and that the transition caused a snag. But after getting the run around from several different receptionists on several different occasions, I think it goes much deeper than that. Real shame, because as I said, the dr’s here are way better than Somers orthopedic.

This place is great! The staff is really wonderful. They work as a team. Very cheerful atmosphere. Makes it very easy for you to go. Never have to wait. I definitely would recommend going here for PT.
