Not impressed at all with this location, not only was I not greeted when I walked in the door(which is completely unlike the other stores I have been too) but the cashier didn’t even make eye contact. The cashier was too worried about looking at the desserts on the front counter. He then proceeded to have no interaction with me until he told me my owed amount. Next while waiting for my turkey bowl(which I waited way too long for considering I was the only one in the store), I noticed the dirty tables and the really brown bananas that were hanging up. I understand you can still eat brown bananas to a certain point but these were way to brown to be on display in my opinion. While waiting, I also noticed the staff didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing as the two boys were talking constantly in hushed tones with questions to one another. This lack of training probably is the reason I got NO avocado on my salad which I paid extra for and didn’t notice till I got home(I’m not used to which wich messing up my orders). Once I got the bowl, I wasn’t even told have a nice day like I usually am at the other fishers and Carmel locations. All in all, I think driving extra to ensure I am treated warmly and get my food made correctly is worth more than visiting this place again and having another awkward experience. Hopefully with age this place can change the atmosphere and train their staff more efficiently.

Open for one week. Took 40 minutes to get my sandwich on a Sunday. Love Which Which so hopefully they work out the kinks.

Love the chain but this location needs to work on their speed and efficiency. Our second trip here(both lunch hour visits) and it took 20 minutes from entering the store till we got our sandwich with only a few other patrons ahead of us. Open the second cash register and make one uniform line so the next person can be waited on to get things moving faster please. Veteran employees only on register during peak service times. Possibly utilize other location employees.

Service was fast, but did not seem like they had any management. All the tables were dirty, trash was full and young staff horsing around. The food is good like what you expect but was not taken care of like downtown one. This was not caused due to busy we were only one there setting down to eat and they only had 2 walk ins during that time.

Today was the 1st day of business, but you’d never know it! Everyone was very knowledgeable and brought their A game! Twinkle was manning the front end and she was a great 1st impression for this new establishment! The food was delicious and made to order… it was made correctly the first time! Fantastic staff with infectious positive attitudes. Nio was a very pleasant team member and genuinely wanted to please customers. I’ll be back for sure!
