Last Spring I was referred to your Ortho office by my dentist. I left several voicemails and once my call was returned. I was in a meeting at that time and advised the employee I would call back. I called back and back and again and again leaving numerous voicemails and no one EVER returned my call. Today I went to my dentist and asked for another referral to a different ortho and received a referral to Sadler and to Walker Dixon. I thought, maybe I will give Sadler a second chance, more accurately a 10^th or 11^th. I just called and was transferred to a new patient coordinator where I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. I then called back and received your infamous voicemail. Please let this serve as an official grievance from a lost prospective customer. Your customer service is lacking and your employees need training in the returning voice mails and treating prospective patients with the same respect they would like to receive in return.
