Painfully slow drive thru! I’ve never waited 15 minutes for a ready made burger! Ridiculous! I was trapped in the drive thru and finally had to call the restaurant. The said they only had 1 person in the kitchen… at 6:30pm? Terrible!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to In My Life. The service is horrid. The orders are always messed up. After several similar experiences here I will never return.

McDonalds… What do you need to know?.. They serve the purpose. I’d complain about the inaudible Spanish fellow working the drive through but why would I expect much else.
Update: they just charged me .25 cents for ranch. I’m pretty wealthy actually but this stuff is so annoying. I handed him a dollar, took 4 of them and walked to the trash can to throw away 3 of them as I only needed one. I feel I made my point.

When there’s no line at the drive through, this place is great. Employees are friendly at the window. But when they have a line you can be there for 15+ minutes and they even forgot us one time when they told us to pull over because our order was taking extra time. I avoid this one when there’s a line.

Glad this location is getting its long awaited face lift… But what it really needs is a renovation of its employees. Visited this location and received a McChicken without the chicken patty. This is the last straw for me — too much money wasted on food I never received and terrible customer service. I will not return to this store and will advise others to do the same.
