Exceptional care. Dr. Smith is awesome. I likely pass 20+ eye doctors driving from my house to their office and outs never even consider switching to someone closer.

The entire staff was very friendly and professional.
I had not been evaluated in almost 4 years and they were quick but thorough in providing the best care and updated treatment for my eye prescription.
Dr. Smith was thorough but concise with my treatment and explained everything very well. I think I found my new eye doc for the Indy area!

I love that Dr Smith is laid back. He scared me into never sleeping in my daily contacts again. Haha. He makes you feel relaxed. I also love that he has tattoos!
I’ve already told my friend who just moved here to go check him out. That sounds wrong! Haha! I mean to go see him for an eye exam! Haha!

Dr Kari Riina is very kind, very thorough and very intelligent. Her staff of assistants were great too. Very nice new office with many frames to choose from. Heather and Laura were fantastic helping with the selection. A++

Great experience with this doctor and the entire staff. Office help was so friendly and helpful with insurance, scheduling, etc. The tech guy who saw me first was also wonderful, very calm, friendly, and had lots of information for my 1000 questions. Dr. Smith was warm, professional and funny. I haven’t seen an eye doctor in over 5 years, and didn’t even reprimand me (too much) about getting my contacts online without a proper prescription. His focus was on my eyes, figuratively and literally, and making sure they were healthy. He explained all the procedures and the extra cost of the pictures of retinas, which I definitely wanted. I’ve had some issues with my eyes and he is trying out some new contacts, but there was no pressure for new anything, just to take better care of my eyes. My husband and daughter have an appointment next week, so I would definitely recommend Dr. Smith!
