Flirt Salon & Spa Boutique

I’ve been going here for the last 5 years. I’ve had two different stylists but the first one moved and she recommended me to my new stylist. Jade j’s awesome! I’m not a fashion forward type of girl and totally trust Jade’s opinion on different cuts and colors. I’ve never had a bad cut or color from here. I’ve recommended to others and they have loved this place as well.

I’ve been going to Flirt for salon and spa services for at least 5 years or more! Angela is my stylist, and she does a fabulous job! I recently had my hair dyed, and she even did it twice when the first time didn’t turn out as we had hoped!
I’ve also had waxing services there as well as having my nails done. They did my nails for my wedding 5 years ago, and they looked beautiful! They have a boutique in the front so you can browse while waiting. I highly recommend Trish for waxing. She is awesome and also does eyelash extensions!

I was discriminated against by the manager and by Flirt Salon policy. My appointment was revoked and I was sent away. The manager did not even have the professional courtesy to talk to me. Instead my stylist had to break the news that they do not allow children in the salon. Let me clarify… as stated on the door, «Children welcomed by appointment only». Just about the vaguest policy I’ve ever encountered. I interpreted this to mean, «Children welcomed to get hair cut by appointment only». I had an appointment, made the previous week. When DO they allow moms with babies?! Is there a special day for us? Are we shuffled through the back door so we don’t disturb the childless clientele? I have never been so disrespected. Needless to say, I do not recommend this salon. There are plenty of other salons in Indianapolis to choose from that have a superior level of professionalism and human decency.
