My fiancé and I stopped by Bubba’s 33 in Fisher’s last evening. We were blown away with how great everything was. Timmy was our server and he was extremely fun and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and providing us with amazing service even though the restaurant was noticeably busy. The beer was ice cold and the food was brought out quickly. I had a Sunshine burger that our server recommended and it was amazing. Thank you for such a great atmosphere. We will certainly be back soon!

I am from out of town and called to place a carry out. Keegan took my order. I had a lot of questions since I have never eaten at Bubba’s. Keegan answered all of them, with great energy the entire phone conversation. I had several special request, and when I arrived to pick up my food Keegan opened every box in front of me, to show me my food was correct and request were made. As I waited for my order several other customers had come in or left. During every interaction Keegan greeted or said goodbye with every customer with the same enthusiasm he had with me on the phone. Every restaurant needs a host or hostess, just like this young man. If I am ever back in Fishers Indiana, I would go to Bubba’s again just because of my interactions with Keegan. The food was delicious too.

To start off it took forever before we saw our server(Adam) and got drinks. Not only that but then they got the drinks wrong. My water wasn’t refilled once. My sister didn’t like her meal at all and we weren’t seen by a manager or anything. Also it took 10 minutes to get some sauce that was supposed to be on my wife’s burger. I was very disappointed. Every other time I have eaten here it was great. It will probably be a long time before I come back.

Great food, and fast service. Conveniently located close to several hotels. My husband and I both had the tenderloin. They have a good selection of things to choose from. I would definitely recommend it!

Service was great. The food even better. I tasted everyone’s food which was all good. The fried pickles, chipotle wings, sunshine burger, fries, sweet potatoe fries and chicken nachos were all delicious! Cookie Sundae was to die for!

First time visiting this place after driving by it for months. Won’t be passing it by anymore. Lots of choices on the menu and great tap selections on the bar. Server was top notch and explained menu selections so there wasn’t any surprises in what we ordered. Good food and made to order.(if you don’t want something that comes on it) Can’t wait for next trip in to try other items.

So I didn’t want to give up on Bubba’s just yet since I had such a great experience the first time. So I went back and was lucky enough to get the very first waiter I had I think his name was Mike. This time I ordered the Chipotle wings because I didn’t want to risk the nachos again. Just like the first time Mike brought the food out quickly and it was great. The Chipotle Wings, the sauce was just perfect. I also got a side salad and they put potato straws on it which I thought was weird before I tasted it. That was awesome too so I probably will add this restaurants on my list as one of my favorites but I’ll definitely be asking for Mike when I go.

Love this place, not a lot of young people ruining it. Just a nice lil place. Cold brew, hot food.

Decent place to have a meal or hang out with friends, I think. I normally am not a fan of chain restaurant cocktails as they tend to just be full of sugary mixers, but I gave the spicy margarita a try and was pleasantly surprised. I think the strawberry was unnecessary, but it was still a good drink. They have plenty of good local drafts to offer. Our server Lance was very nice and funny! I was unsure what to order because most of the options seemed underwhelming(standard sports bar fare though). I settled on the Nacho Mama’s pizza, and I’m glad I did! It also would make a yummy cold midnight snack with the leftovers! That pizza has refried beans in lieu of sauce, cheese, jalapenos, and a sour cream drizzle. It’s like nachos on a pizza! It was very good! The crust was soft but also had a nice crust on the outside. I definitely recommend eating it with a fork as the bottom crust doesn’t really stay firm under all those toppings. My husband had the boneless wings and said they were better than BW3’s. I haven’t been impressed with B-dubs lately so take that for what it’s worth. They definitely looked good although I didn’t try them — the chicken was tender and didn’t look processed much. There are plenty of TVs around to watch whatever sports are in season. The garage bar is completely separated from the rest of the establishment, but it’s a nice feature I think. There is a separate bar in the other area, but then there is a separate dining area if you don’t wish to sit in the bar.

Wow! I have nothing but good things to say about Bubba’s 33. My husband and I stopped in for a bite. We started with beers and boneless wings. The beers were nice and and cold and the wings were delicious. For dinner we both decided on burgers. They were so freaking good. And the fries! I could not stop eating them. Our waitress was amazing. She was very attentive and never kept us waiting. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Stopped with my wife for a late Sunday afternoon lunch. The shotgun shrimp app was fantastic. Creamy sauce with a nice kick and the crunchy onion straws gave it a nice balance. The 33% bacon burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Perfectly ground and grilled to perfection. Just a great all around burger. Erin had the spicy habanero burger with the bacon patty also. Lots of kick! She gives it a big thumbs up. 20+ ice cold beers on tap too. We will be back to try the house made pizza!

Friendly warm staff. Food is great. Service is great. Lots of menu options but looks identical to Twin Peaks. They have a 21 year old bar area. Cool I guess. We ate with the lower class people in the restaurant I guess. Anyways Order the Bacon Strips. Sooooooo good.

Well if this wasn’t the biggest surprise I’ve had in a long time! A resident of Indy for nearly 12 years, I always saw Bubba’s as a strip-mall type bar with cheap drinks specials and a questionable patronage. Boy, was I wrong — and now sad as I’ve moved away! Walked in and noted two bars — one geared more towards outdoors with huge garage doors that lift up and let the breeze flow freely; and one for the inside. Everything looked crisp, clean, and inviting. The outside bar is over 21 only as noted on the door. We were meeting friends in the outside bar(It was the dead of winter and was still warm, had a great atmosphere, and gained my preferred seating arrangement) mid-day on a Saturday and found seating right next to our friends. The bartender was on us in a second with a warm welcome and a presentation of the specials. We ordered drinks and I was given the«what, you haven’t had their pizza?» look by my friend. I let her take the reigns and she ordered the buffalo sriracha chicken pizza. Holy cow if that’s not up there with the top pizza’s I’ve had in Indianapolis. I was blown away. It’s a buffalo chicken pizza with bleu cheese scattered amongst the sauce, mozzarella, and then drizzled with sriracha. Holy goodness in a pie was it amazing. And oh-never-fear for the mild-palate patrons, it’s really not that hot. Usually anything labeled with the brand sriracha is guaranteed to make me cry, but this, not so. It was perfectly balanced. Who knew this would be on my list of must-return-to locations in Indy.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and it’s always been great and consistent however as of late the kitchen seems to be slacking Today for instance my burger was very undercooked and a pizza we got at the table was very overt cooked. It seems like the quality control may be a bit of an issue and the employees seem to be congregating too much in the kitchen entrance socializing among them. Selves instead of staying on top of the customers needs. I will hope this isn’t a trend as I look forward to my next visit and reporting any changes. Sometimes places start off so strong then let quality go I hope this isn’t the case Jerez.

I thought this place was great! I’d heard great things about it in the past and figured I’d check it out; i was not disappointed! I ordered the Hawaiian chicken, and my friend had the Hawaiian burger… both were delicious! The service was wonderful as well. Our server checked up on us often, but wasn’t overbearing or annoying. My friend and I ended up sitting there for quite a while talking after dinner and never felt rushed out by our server.(this is always my pet peeve at other restaurants) Can’t wait to go back!

One of the newer spots close to work, I went with a friend. The atmosphere is very ‘busy’, somewhat annoying. The server told us about their specials, but when I ordered a light version of one of their beers on specials, I was told that one was NOT on special(weird?!). My friend got pizza, I got a burger. Neither of us got silverware. The service and food were nothing to write home about. I do like the fact that they can open their walls up to get an outside breeze, but we weren’t seated there. It had the feel of a ‘bro bar’, not really my thing. Just another chain.

Bubba’s is a new chain restaurant near Fishers. Indianapolis does love its chain restaurants. My brother and I went here for a quick dinner. I had a crispy chicken salad that was good. They had a great atmosphere, and we sat in the bar when all the windows were open. I would be interested to see if I like it as much if we have to sit inside. I would go back to Bubba’s to watch a game and have a COLD beer. It’s inexpensive. They have multiple beers, and they are served at 33 degrees. I wish that Bubba had more healthy choices. It’s just bar food, so a lot of it is fried. Would be hard to eat healthy here. I want to try some other things here, so I will be back.

Paid Bubba’s a visit yesterday afternoon(Sunday May 4) and I must say, I liked it very much! My daughter, my boyfriend, and I stopped in for lunch. We got a parking spot right up front… this place is usually packed. I ordered the single burger with the signature«bacon ground into the beef» and sweet potato fries. It was tasty but I absolutely fell in LOVE with the pizza my daughter ordered! The slight char on the crust, the tangy pizza sauce, the ggoey cheese OMG! definitely going back. Prices were decent. A little over $ 50 for beers, our entrees, and the tip! Dining area was a little noisey, big screens everywhere, waitstaff very friendly. I’ll go back for sure.

Honestly I went here just by looking at places close by that were on Unilocal, but when I got to the joint, I realized that I have made fun of the one near my place on the South side, I was like REALLY who needs another Pizza, Burger, Wings & Beer joint??? However it was really good. It was 6:30pm on a Saturday night and the place was PACKED with people waiting on tables for 45−90min. Waits, but we went straight to the bar and sat right down at the bar and had great fast service and the food was really good and the beer was ICECOLD! There are TV’s everywhere and the atmosphere is casual, friendly without being able to hear a pin drop. I def. will be returning to place that I otherwise wouldn’t have even given a chance, solely based on the name…

I’d tried to visit Bubba’s 33, a relatively new restaurant in Fishers right on that busy corner where East 96th Street meets I-69, etc. Unfortunately, the couple of times I’d tried I would get there and their relatively limited selection of accessible parking spots were full. In what is a rather large lot, it looks like they have 4 – 5 accessible spots — by no means shabby, but clearly not enough. Finally, after a hard day at work I decided to try once again given that I needed to run an errand in the area anyway. This time around, a parking spot was open and I got my chance to check out the place. Bubba’s 33 appears to be a small but growing chain with locations in North Carolina, Indiana(2), and New Mexico with a couple Texas locations on their way. The entryway was a flat surface with the parking lot, thus it can easily be described as accessible. I was greeted enthusiastically at the door by an employee, and received a similar greeting at the host area. While I didn’t eye the joint thoroughly, it’s clear they have a few different dining areas and a bar area. I was seated at a four-top in the section facing their front window. While the sunshine was a tad bright, it was a pleasant enough area and I didn’t mind. Bubba’s 33 is really sort of a family friendly sports bar and there are televisions everywhere playing a variety of different sports and, on a few, even music videos. There’s music playing overhead, though unlike what some of the reviews observe here I didn’t find it to be intrusive to my dining experience. That said, if you’re looking for calm, relaxing, or meditative then this probably isn’t your spot. On more than one occasion, I was asked if it was my first time at Bubba’s(it was) and they took the opportunity to let me know about their specialties which include drink specials, pizza, and three particular burgers including the one I chose — Bubba’s Bacon Burger, a 33% grind patty with Bubba sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and a side of shoestring, lightly seasoned fries for right about $ 8.99. When I added in my usual unsweetened iced tea, the meal came to right around $ 12.00. They also offer a few other sandwiches, a couple of desserts, kids meals, and a fairly decent but basic beer selection. My server, Calyn, was friendly, conversational, and attentive throughout my meal without ever hovering. In fact, nearly everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. At one point, I chuckled as I thought to myself that the servers were sort of like Twin Peaks but with their clothes on. The burger was somewhere between medium and medium-well, a thick and juicy burger on an appropriately sized bun that blended nicely with the beef. The shoestring potatoes were seasoned lightly and tasty. I was pleasantly surprised with the serving size given the fairly modest pricing. I received two refills, including one to go, and it was rather refreshing to not actually have to ask for a refill but to have the need be identified and met by Calyn. There was another thing I really appreciated here. Even though we were getting into the Friday evening dinner hour and a line started forming before I was done, I never felt rushed. Calyn brought me a 2nd refill while I was reading a magazine, only offering it «to go» when it seemed like I was packing up and getting ready to leave. It was nice to be able to chill out and actually enjoy my meal. As was true when I came in, one of the young women working the host area opened the door on my way out — while this may not sound like a big deal, it’s sub-zero wind chills in Indy right now and this meant she had to step outside. So, it may have been a simple gesture but it was appreciated. The food was very good and a very good value. The atmosphere was busy, but not overwhelming. The service was friendly, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. It should be noted that on Monday — Thursday, Bubba’s 33 doesn’t open until 4pm. They open at 11am Friday — Sunday. While the parking situation could potentially cause problems again, ultimately Bubba’s 33 was worth the wait and I look forward to returning in the near future. In case you’re wondering where the«33» comes from, they’re not exactly saying and it’s part of the mystique. Who knows? Maybe Bubba is 33? Maybe it’s because Prohibition ended in 1933? Maybe it’s the 33% bacon grind or the jersey of a favored player? Maybe they’re Indy 500 fans? Maybe. Just maybe. There are 33 reasons you should Bubba’s soon. Nah, there’s probably more than that.
