Don’t be fooled by the facility’s outward appearance. My dad stayed here for almost one year, but was treated poorly by staff and management. He was neglected and fell, breaking his left knee cap and busting his eyeball out of socket. He know lives with me, and I regret ever putting my trust in this establishment. I don’t recommend Allisonville Meadows to anyone who gives a damn about their loved one.

The dinning room is the weakest link in this fine facility. Poor service and disrepective as well. Food 50% of the time not of Quality. They say the dinning room is open from 4:30 to 6 pm. If you show up at 5:45, do not expect quality in food or service. Edward Straley.

Allisonville Meadows turned our perception of nursing home care on its heels and I would highly recommend this facility. My 81-year– old mother was a patient at Allisonville Meadows for 20 days following a total knee replacement on her right knee. From admissions to discharge, my Mother received exceptional nursing care and therapy, great meals and compassionate personal care in clean and comfortable surroundings. Shortly after admission, Eric(The Director) pulled all of the department heads together for a meeting with our family to discuss the patient care plan and goals. He also took the time to personally check in with her during her stay. During my Mother’s stay, all treatment goals were met. Special thanks to all of the staff at Allisonville Meadows, especially Tiffney(admissions), Michelle(Social Services), Kala(weekend manager), Lee, Bob, Kayla and Brynne(therapy), Debra(nursing) and Brittney(Nurse’s Aide). Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty especially Michelle and Kala who took the time to respond to check-in calls from a worried out of state daughter.
