The food is great. Medium is hot. If you want less spice, ask for mild or tell them specifically to lay off the spice. This isn’t a bad thing but the food is definitely spicy. The prices are rather high and my husband and I only eat there when we want to splurge. Finally, expect a wait. Sometimes there is only one person working the whole place(front and back) and it takes a bit to get your food(eating in or call in). I have dropped in to place an order for carry out and waited an hour for my food. There were three tables in the restaurant, which doesn’t seem like much but with one woman running the kitchen, the phones, the dining area, and carry outs, it took a while for her to get to my order. If you want to wait for the food and pay the higher prices, the food is great.

Good food and good service. Had the crab rangoons and drunken noodles. Noodles were just the right level of hotness.

Easily the best Thai food in town. Family owned and very authentic. The small somewhat unimpressive storefront hides wonderful, well seasoned, Thai cuisine. The Pad Thai is always stunning, and the crab rangoons are little delectable packets of happiness. Crispy outside with smooth and slightly sweet filling. The staff is great and if you are a regular they will quickly catch on to your favorites. I have only one warning. When they say spicy they mean SPICY. If you are sensitive to heat I recommend you order mild or even«no spice». Overall a fantastic little restaurant I visit regularly

OK. Quick update. Ordered the spicy this time and it about blew my face off — and I do love spicy. So they do it pretty authentic here. I won’t be ordering the max spicy again, but if you’re up for a challenge… :)

Great food. Good prices. Small place but that makes sense when just starting out. Had the seafood curry and it was excellent. Will definitely be coming back!!!

I had the yellow curry with tofu. It was very good. My only complaint is that I asked for medium heat and in my opinion it was very mild. Over all if you are in the mood for Thai this is a very good option.

This is my go-to place for pad Thai, which I love. We always get take out and it has always been ready for pickup within 15 minutes of placing our order. Be sure and specify spicy, because I think they have been criticized for being too spicy and will make it too bland if not otherwise instructed. Nice place!

The portions are huge and the veggies are super fresh and crispy. We had appetizers: satay and chicken potstickers, I thought the potstickers were a little bland, but the chicken satay was really fantastic, actually it was the peanut sauce that was fantastic. I had chicken pad thai and my spouse had red curry chicken for entrees. Both dishes came out piping hot, and delicious. Yes, as others have mentioned, there is only one person taking orders, expediting food, but we were in and out the door in exactly 60 minutes for appetizers and entrees. Not bad, right? There are more adventurous items on the menu for people who want more authentic or weirder Thai fare featuring Thai basil, ginger, squid or pa-nang curry.

I agree with Julie from Sugarcreek… never again! It took 2 hours to serve a family of 7… and then my meal never came. They wen to to the grocery for ingredients… yikes! I would have changed my order if I had known.

I was surprised to find a Thai restaurant in Findlay and had been looking forward to trying it. This place gets 4 stars because of that reason and value for a plate of food here. They has some oddities that would pull it down if this was anywhere else. We ordered the Pad Thai($ 9) and Green Curry($ 9) with Chicken. I think it cost a $ 1 depending on which meat you choose. I always forget the exact name of the Green Curry but it is my go-to-Thai-curry. I order it Thai Spicy which blends really well with Cocunut milk. I even told her that I have been to Thailand to ensure that she knows I understand spicy. She told me later that sometimes she has people who ask for spicy and then complain about it being too spicy(stupid people). My wife did not ask for spicy and it had no spice to it. She thought she would just let it come as they usually make it. A mistake, should have asked for medium to spicy. The Pad Thai was ok but needed spice to give it real flavor. They also threw some pieces of Tofu in it, not sure why. The Green Curry was good but the choice of veggies was little unusual to me. They had a few little pieces of eggplant-I am guessing it wasn’t fresh but from a can. They had bell and red peppers which is normal but then threw some peas and carrots in it(huh?). Compensation for the veggies was a good amount of chicken along with a full plate. I think their plate is larger than most of the Thai places in Columbus. Price of drinks was normal in my mind in response to earlier review. Some issues besides the food. Service was a struggle as I only had my water refilled once and that took about 5 minutes after it was empty. Yes, there are only 2 workers but we were the only ones inside while they had two take-out orders. They also forgot our order of Crab Rangoon-seems more apt to be on a Chinese menu-which they still tried to charge us for. I can tell they are walking a fine line between being Thai and placing Chinese type items on their menu to reach out to the Chinese food crowd. The owner is super nice as I talked to her for awhile. She named the place after her daughter and son(who cooks). I would give it a try but don’t expect authentic Thai as it has to be watered down for the area. Service will have to improve but that would take hire more people which might raise prices-so choose what you want.

On my visit to Jack & Jin, I got the C3 Red Curry with Squid, medium hot. I found the curry to be delicious and the presentation to be pleasing. Medium hot was just the right amount of heat and the squid was cooked just right. My only real complaint about the meal was that the drinks were a bit on the pricey side. I came with three friends and we all ordered different dishes, save one of them who ordered what I did only with the crab. It turned out to be fake crab, which one could have reasonably expected, though unfortunately it wasn’t particularly good fake crab. In retrospect he wished that he’d ordered it with pork. They also ordered the Thai iced tea which they quite enjoyed, and for dessert one of my friends ordered a custard, which turned out to be sweet, rice-based, and tasty. Next time I’m down that way, I will be strongly tempted to stop in again.

It’s just an okay Thai place. The crab rangoons were steaming hot outside, but cold in the middle. The pad see ew had a nice texture, but the sweet sauce was overwhelmed by the medium level of spice I ordered. Service was a bit lazy, really. Probably going back just because it’s the only game in town for Thai.

So good! I love their pad thai and it’s great to find this type of restaurant in small town Findlay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are a little slow but it’s an excellent place for take out. I also think they are a little over priced.

Are we talking about the same place? We went as a party of 6– 3 kids, 3 adults. There was ONE girl working there. She had to do everything! She took our order. Cashed out another table. Proceeded to make our food, one dish at a time. As in– made mine, served it. Went back, made child #1’s, served it. Went back… it was TORTURE! We had a water spill. Found a trashcan and napkins in the server’s area and cleaned as best we could. Customers came and left while she was cooking our dishes. It was hysterical… after 2 hours we had all finally eaten and were able to leave. Never again!

OK, I had the papaya salad last night hot, and remarkably, it was hot. What that means is I recommend mild here for people trying out Thai for the first time. It was such a well made salad, I thought it appropriate to give an extra star to Jack & Jin. The only thing holding it back from the last star is the price. It’s very pricey to eat there, and even more so, when compared to Khon Kaen Thai downtown.

There are only a couple Asian resturants in Findlay. This is clearly Thai food, and it’s worth stopping in for some Pad Thai. It appears to be family run which is fine, but if it’s crowded you’ll have to wait a few minutes. I phoned in a carry out order and still waited 15min. The resturant itself is smallish, and but clean. The staff are friendly, and the prices reasonable.
