Awesome service, was looking for somebody near by to fix my tablet, looked up on Unilocal and found Robert. I called him and he tried fixing it over the phone w/​out charging me. I ended up dropping off to him and had it back to me next day and very reasonable price. Very nice guy and excellent service… HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I Love Technology has great service, and a quick turn around time.
I was having an issue my drive not booting on my MacBook Pro. I called I Love Technology, and before having me bring it in for repair, Robert helped me get my laptop booted into Safe Mode to a restore point saved using Time Machine. Robert helped me select a drive that fits my needs of DJing and music production. When I brought my laptop and new drive to Robert, he backed up my data again for me (Robert said, «if you don’t have your data saved in 3 places, it doesn’t exist»). He had my new drive installed and data restored in a day.
I highly recommend using I Love Technology for you PC and Mac repairs. They stay update on anything that has to do with technology.

I thought all hope was lost with my old MacBook; it refused to load past the initial startup, and I was sure the disk was fried. Alas, the tech gods at ILT brought it back to life. In less than a day, my computer was repaired, upgraded, and my documents backed up. They did a great job in communicating what the issues were (in lay terms), and what needed to be done to address them. The Genius Bar at the Apple store would have charged me several times the amount for the same service.
I would gladly do business with them again, though I doubt I’ll need it any time soon!

Robert is a great guy he is our tech support for our online radio station. He built our computer & keeps us up to date on new software and hardware to keep us on top of the music world. He truly Loves Technology…

Back in December my MacBook failed to start after only two years of service. As a writer, and a poor one at that, I was stressing out.
Luckily, I got in contact with ‘I Love Technology’ and he took the time to figure out what the issue was. After trying everything he could, he informed me that my hard drive was unrepairable but still took the time to walk me through, step by step, what hard drive I should purchase to fit my needs. He saved my important files on his own personal external hard drive (after taking the time to ask me) and installed the new hard drive with a few extra programs that I needed thrown in.
Simply put, I Love Technology does a great job, is passionate about what he does, wants to help people out and charges more-​than-​fair prices. I’d recommend him to anyone with computer issues who wants the job done right.
By the way, I’m typing this on my MacBook now. It’s been running like a charm since I took it to him!
