I had time before my flight and was full from brunch, so rather than more eating, I treated myself to a full body massage. I am a frequent spa-​goer. My therapist, Stella, was *excellent * and adjusted pressure as we proceeded, per my requests. I’d have given 5 stars but the noise from the airport outside (which can’t be helped) was slightly distracting, although once I really settled in, I nearly fell asleep, I was so relaxed. Flying isn’t fun, but giving myself a break for therapy/​relaxation was a great treat.

I was here on a particularly long layover, so I opted for s massage. I waited for about twenty minutes, but I was set up in one of the massage chairs, which are impressively customizable!
The massage I received from Wai (pronounced like the word «why») was exceptional. I absolutely recommend her! She’s a small woman with an absurd amount of power. I’ve never had a masseuse who could give a deep tissue massage in a foldable massage chair, but Wai can!
The only reason xpressspa earns 4 stars instead of 5 is the atmosphere. I understand that they probably do what they can given their placement in an airport, but it does make it a little difficult to relax with the sound of rolly bags and disgruntled passengers in the ambience!

Exactly what I needed after a 12 hour flight from Israel. 20 minutes of someone rubbing my feet was heaven. My fiancé had a neck and shoulder rub while I had the foot package. They weren’t ready for us right away so we plopped down in the massage chairs and waited our turns. 40 $ each plus tip. I’ll be back if they have openings.

This place is what it is, it’s in a middling airport. I have gotten several massages there, all very good quality from competent friendly staff masseurs. The bus station atmosphere and lack of staffing creates back up that more frequently than not results in not getting a massage. When people have very limited time, timing is essential. This business lacks the proper infrastructure to handle this. Pity, the masseurs work hard.

Just a way to relaaaaaax in between flights. Pedi? Mani? Massage? Just don’t be shocked by the sticker price — airport leasing and the tights schedules, come with a premium. And worth it if you are stressed and have the time to kill.

today i received a 15 min foot massage at terminal F. and it was wonderful!!!, wish i could have stayed longer!!! fast service. friendly and available staff. traveling pregnant mama with swollen feet. well worth it.

Philadelphia terminal F 1^st go around they kicked me out of the chair because someone in front of me came back. Told me to come back in 30. Fine no problem. Came back in 30. Lady finished the girl in front of me, told me someone else was gonna do my pedicure & she went to lunch. I wait 25 minutes until now i don’t have time anymore, get up & see the girl doing mine has been sitting there in a chair reading. Meanwhile another lady walks in & wants a 20 minute massage at 2:50 & the guy tells her he’s leaving in 10 minutes so she’ll hafta wait until the next girl comes in. Seriously??? You ppl are losing more money because of the incompetent people you have working there. Awful awful don’t even bother attempting anything here!

Had to wait an hour when they said 30 min. No apology, totally ignored me and were rude about almost making me miss my flight (I had a wedding to get to and thought that an hour and a half would be plenty of time for just a polish change.

The employees at xpressspa in the Philadelphia airport are incredible. They helped me in a major time of need. They went out of there way to make sure I had a great experience in the establishment. If you want a chair massage in a helpful and welcoming place, try the xpressspa in the Philadelphia airport.

I had a 40 minute neck massage at the airport on my way to Portland Oregon. I had a phenomenal massage and great service. I was pleasantly surprised that I could receive a massage of this quality in a airport location.

The girls here are friendly and fast. Wide range of services. Slightly limited on their gel nail colors though.
