Whitman Cleaners

This is for Bala Cynwyd location. Left 5 things to clean. Came back to pick it up everything needed to be redone. Picked up second time and two things 3 things had to be redone. Picked up third time and 1 top was damaged. It was a silk top I left because I wanted underarm stains removed, but when it was redone a huge mark was left on right breast side. Dealt with two girls. First one, Olivia was super rude and even had nerve to argue with me that I left my top damaged. She also tried to charge me more for redo. The other girl barely spoke English and could not figure out how to print receipt or collect payment. When I finally asked to speak to a manager, Olivia called her manager Donna, and the woman said she trusts her workers word over mine. Horrible. Save yourself the trouble and take it anywhere but there. Now I have to go to another dry cleaner to get their damage to my favorite silk top fixed.

Worse cleaners in the city, liars & thieves, I had my shirts & suits cleaned they came back smelling like
Cigarette smoke, they denied it was them, my wife
Had a BCBG dress «lost», my wife confronted them that someone liked the dress and stole it & they did not denied that happened. Don’t use Whitman Cleaners 1530 Packer Ave near Chickies & Petes.
