First off I was over charged $ 7 by the driver. I usually like to give good reviews however this was one of my worst experiences with a pizza delivery. I ordered a turkey burger platter. The burger was horrible, mushy and lacked flavor. The tomatoes were old and mushy as well. West Point you have lost a customer forever. I will NEVER order from them again. They should be paying me for trying to eat that crap. I’m am serously disappointed.

West Point is, for my money, the best pizza joint west of University City, and maybe the best west of the river. I live around 52nd and Baltimore, and I order from this place despite the fact that there are about 100 other choices closer to me. The customer service is amazing, the crust is almost always perfect, and their toppings — the Hawaiian is a personal favorite — seem to me to be of excellent quality. And the prices are right. What more do you want?

This was the first pizza place we tried when moving into West Philly. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and no lie, we couldn’t be the awful smell of the cheese out of our noses or minds for hours. The cheese was probably rancid at best or at worst, was purposefully mixed to taste like a hot blue cheese nightmare. Not wasting my money going there again

Almost every place of this size in Philly has pretty much the same pizza. West Point has much better customer service, though. These people deserve your business

The first time I tried West Point I got a special… large pepperoni, cheesesteak, fries, and 2 liter soda. Half the cheese slid from one side of the pizza to the other and the meat was scarce. Bland doesn’t scratch the surface of how it tasted. I was going to be done with them after that, but I decided to give West Point another chance with a different topping. The next time I ordered the same combo with sausage pizza instead. This pizza was even worse! The only thing right about it was that it was round. The dough/crust is an ABSOLUTEDEALBREAKER. It had no flavor, no moisture, and it was thick with no rise whatsoever. It’s like what you get when somebody tries to make pancakes for the first time without using any instructions. Not to mention, there was barely any sauce, and again they were stingy with the meat. They just dumped all the sausage in the middle. This is what I did… so that it wouldn’t be a complete waste I blended and melted some fresh garlic, butter, italian seasoning, sea salt, and parmesan and I basted the crust and sprinkled the rest on the pizza straight holy water style and I reheated it in my own oven. I had to exorcise those tasteless demons and still it was only marginally better. That means the devil was in the ingredients or the lack there of. There was nothing I could do on the surface that would fix the underlying problems. The damage was done. Fool me once… To be fair, the steaks were decent, but I could tell my roll was toasted(not by request). Places do this when they’re using old bread. Overall, West Point is a rip off. The pizza itself was $ 11.00 and it was driest I had ever had. It’s «Fisher Price My First Pizza!»
