I have been going to this dentist since 2005. They have always been professional, pleasant, and thorough. The hygienists do a great job. Given some of the other reviews, I would say that maybe this isn’t be best practice for people who need extra hand holding, but if you want a dentist that starts your appointments on time, remembers to notify you when it’s time for a check up, and provides excellent dental care, this is the place. I still go here even though my job is no longer in center city, that’s how much I like them.

The receptionist/​records person is HORRIBLE. She is so nasty on the phone it makes you want to transfer dentists… which I just did. The hygienist was very good both times that I went, the dentist was ok (although he pretty much just peeked in my mouth), but dealing with the front desk is AWFUL. I got overcharged on my flexible spending TWICE and they refused to give me back my money, saying it was part of my co-​pay, which my insurance company confirmed was false. I called for my records to be transferred and the person who answered the phone couldn’t even be bothered to pick up – she had me on speaker phone and then got annoyed when I said I couldn’t understand her rattling off an email address. I would NEVER go back there.

I’ve been a patient at Weinberg & Goldberg since I moved to the city. Their center city location is so convenient. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my app (some places leave you in the waiting room forever!) to begin. Everyone I’ve dealt with on staff has been lovely. I sent my BF here when he had a terrible toothache and Weinberg & Goldberg was real a lifesaver. He’s now a patient and a believer too!

The dental hygienist I saw was excellent. She really took the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. When the doctor came in, he took a quick look. I had a problem that I brought to his attention and he became very defensive. I wish that he would have admitted that he was in the wrong and offered to help me out. Instead, he just shoved me off. I think he was extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning to this office.
