Their Halloween items were marked 75% off, so I bought several Halloween DVDs. They did not come up on clearance and the manager Cynthia Cruz would not honor the sign. She offered me 50%, but I declined since that was not what the sign said.
Ms. Cruz promptly ran over to the Halloween section and removed all the DVDs.
The lines are long and employees are rude. I will not be going back.
