If i could get them 00 star i will. I never felt that disrespect all my life. This place is a mess i cant tell how much i hate every minutes i spend there. There are racist and disrespectful. I always call to get an appointment and end up waiting for a long time. Today was my last time ever to this salon. I made an reservation at 5pm and came on time. They didn’t even great me or anything after they notice me they make me sit for 30mn and keep taking people who didn’t even have an appointment. I guess it is because i am not white. I can’t tell enough how much i hate this place. If you are black don’t you dare went there because those people will make you feel like shit.

Love this place! They do a great gel mani and pedicure with a decent massage! So many gel colors to choose from! My gel polish peeled completely off of 2 nails over thanksgiving and when I went back to have the entire set redone they fixed the 2 that came off for free!!! I was so happy!

I come here for pedicures and gel manicures. Very friendly, clean, and reasonably priced. Many Center City locations charge $ 30 for gel nails, but here it’s only $ 20! The owner, Wan, and her sister, Lin, are my favorites to go to, but all of the ladies do a good job.

I had previously come in here for my boys’ haircuts once before and had good results. It’s close to home so that was a big plus for me. Today we went in and there was only one lady working. My younger son went first. I told her what I wanted and she called me up to look once she was done. I didn’t like how his cut looked. She did not know how to fade and her shape up was horrible. My husband could do a better job than this. So I asked her to cut more off the top because it looked like he had a toupee on. She said ok and went to work. She called me up to take a look. It looked much better. She had to rinse out a customer first so we went to sit down. I had a closer look at my son’s hair and it was patchy and uneven. His front was not straight and I wanted her to fix it. There was no way I was going to let her cut my other son’s hair! I asked her if she could straighten out the front part. She sat him down and asked me where. I told her where EXACTLY, pointed and everything. She said it looks good and if she go any higher it would look funny and all the kids will laugh at him. Seriously??? There were a few customers who were listening in. I asked her again to just fix it. She asked me in a agitated tone«where?» She even went as far as handing over the cutter and saying you do it then. WTH. All I wanted was for her to straighten the front and she would not do what I asked. I could have easily made a scene and insulted her but I did not. I could understand where she’s coming from and I’m not a professional hair stylist but if a customer is not happy, is not your job to satisfy them? I will never come back here again. She should not be cutting mens’ or boys’ hair if that is not her specialty. *nothing against the nail salon since I haven’t had my nails done there. They share the space with the hair salon called Viola.
