I really enjoyed my visit to VIP Nails the nail tech was very friendly and professional. I got a gel manicure and the nail tech took her time to make sure that the previous gel color was completely off my natural nail. She was really gentle when she scraped the nail color off too. They had a wide range of gel colors to choose from. I’m am very satisfied with my manicure and will be going again for sure

Great salon. Their polish great is great. And lastly your tech gives you a massage while you wait!

just tried out VIP nails today and I LOVE it! The environment was great. The chairs were super comfortable and have a pull out part on the chair for you to rest your legs while your getting your feet scrubbed… no more holding your legs in the air while you get scrubbed, yay! It was very clean and they have MANY gel colors to pick from. I’ll definitely be back!

From my daughter… I got a full set of tips yesterday and 2 already fell off. i went today to get it fixed and they wanted to charge $ 3 PER NAIL. there work is terrible and i do NOT recommend going there.

the first time I went here, it was great. the 5 times after that, it got worse and worse and worse until I finally decided i’m never going back here. This last time, my daughter got a pedicure and they cut her toe really bad and didn’t clean it out. yes, it got infected. thanks for that doctors visit btw. I wanted a refill and a pedicure. the girl who did my feet didn’t moisturize them and left me sitting there with wet feet and no water in the thing. my feet got so dried out that my heels cracked and it hurt to walk on them. I sat in that chair for an hour… constantly being told, oh we’ll be right with you. never came. when I finally stood up and said that’s it i’m leaving, then they ushered me to a chair and did a half assed job on my nails… which broke the following day. they lost my nail color, so they picked a color they thought was good… ugliest green color ever! then when I got the receipt, they charged me extra for my pedicure! I will never go back here again! horrible! cheap prices for cheap ass job

I can say without hesitation: this is the best nail salon in Northeast Philadelphia. No one else even compares. The ambiance, professional/​consistent staff, quality of services rendered and price are all excellent. The only thing I wish they’d do more of is nail art but, I’ve never asked for any creative designs so maybe they do it and, I just know nothing about it. Nevertheless, this is an amazing nail salon. So much so, that I almost didn’t share because I don’t want it to get too crowded.
