If you need dress alterations, this is the place to come to. Venia’s is a little piece of Italian heaven in Northeast Philly. I had such a hard time getting my daughter’s communion dress and when we finally found «the one» it was waaaay too long. the problem was, there were any GOOD tailors who would alter it because it had to be lifted from the waist since it was scalloped edges. I was recommended by a friend to try Venia’s…good lord! he did an amazing job… not a stitch out of place and looks like that was how the dress came… I will continue to come here for all clothing alterations in the future.
