Now an Admirals Club, accessible if you’re flying international First/Business, have an Admirals Club membership, or are a holder of the Citi Prestige card traveling on an AA flight. Day passes are $ 50/person, which really isn’t the worth the price if that’s your only option. They serve bagels and oatmeals, as well as juices in the morning. At around noon time they switch over to two hot soup options, cookies, and veggies + ranch dip. Pretty standard fare as far as domestic lounges go. Coffee and savory snack mixes are available all day. Beer and house wines are free at the bar. The club usually gets crowded in the late afternoon, but otherwise I have never had trouble finding seats. Outlets are kind of hidden, but they are at almost every console table – sometimes you just need to move the couches a little to get access to them. Wi-Fi is extremely unreliable. In my experience, it takes 10 — 15 minutes to connect, and is very slow, even when the lounge is practically empty. If you arrive at the airport way before your flight, this is a place to get some work done or maybe have a light snack, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend getting to the airport early just to use the lounge.

Meh. Nothing amazing and because it was free made me realise I don’t need to pay for this.

This is now an admirals club. They had standard food and drinks. Tons and tons of comfy seating and outlets to charge all your things. The bathrooms are spotless. My only complaint is children. There were several small, screaming children running around all over the lounge. Gross. I wish someone would have told the parents to reign them in. There is a ‘quiet’ area you can retreat to if this happens to you– it’s to the right when you walk in.

This is now an American Airlines Admirals Club. I didn’t spend a ton of time here, but was impressed by the lighting and spaciousness(seemed far removed from the dinginess of Philly’s Terminal B). I was most impressed by the array of food choices, including soups(good soups!) and olives. I’ve been to several airport lounges recently that only served cookies and trail mix, so this was a bit of an upgrade.

Very clean, huge lounge. plenty of snacks to choose from. A nice relaxing few hour layover, before heading to greece for 3 weeks. The older lady bartender acted like every drink she poured was coming out of her paycheck! She sure took her time.

Very nice and large club lounge. They offered little danishes, bagels, yogurts and a variety of teas along with coffee.

I travel a lot. Coast to coast monthly. This was my first time to Philly. The people were rude. The lady at the front counter told me I had to cover up my business logo. Bell helicopter. Can’t wait to get to an american lounge. They set the bar really low here.

What up? This is suppose to be the big lounge here at Philly and I was here twice in the last month and was disappointed both times. I am okay with mediocrity, I have being to some crappy ones in Eastern Europe but this one is suppose to be the flagship one here at the Philly hub. First time I was here was Friday afternoon on a layover flight to Munich, this place was slammed, the snacks layout was uhhh, US Domestic standard fare. But the internet was at a crawling speed, I tried to email a file to the printer and it didn’t come up after 15 minutes. Last Monday morning, I was on a layover going to Canada and there was no one here, and when I say no one, there was 2 CSRs to let me in but after that no other employees I could see. I wanted a bloody mary and there was no one at or near the bar, in the snack area the yogurt packs were sitting in a bowl of water, I bet not so sanitary. Next time I am going back to the Admirals club.

If I could give no stars, I would. This review is about two different problems I experienced with US Airways today, the latter being directly related to this lounge. This afternoon, I arrived in PHL on AA4296 from Chicago and turned on my phone. I had an automated message from US Airways saying that my next flight, US711, going to Miami, was delayed until 5:59pm. I started to panic because I had to catch an 8:30pm flight to Buenos Aires and had no way of making it with the delay. I ran across the airport to the customer service desk, where there was a huge line. I decided to call customer service while I waited in line so that I could speak with someone faster. I managed to get a hold of someone and was told that there had been no delay on my flight and that she did not know why I had received that message. Relieved but already stressed out, I walked to the gate from where my flight was supposed to leave and saw that the original time had not changed. Other passengers told me that they had received the same message. I then headed over to the US Airways Club between the B and C concourses. I was hoping to relax after having the scare with the supposed flight delay. Unfortunately, what waited for me was another very bad experience with your airline. This time, it was with the club front desk receptionist, Dallys. I walked in and gave Dallys my passport and boarding passes. She then looked at me and asked if I was a club member. I told her that I wasn’t but that I was flying international business class. She then looked at my ticket, which was for Buenos Aires, and then told me that«It had to be for London or the UK» if I wanted to have access to the club. Confused, I asked her if the club only let people in who are going to the UK, which did not make any sense. I travel business internationally all the time and always have access to the clubs for the airlines I am flying with when I am flying long-haul international business class. She then said that I couldn’t enter if my flight was for a destination in the Caribbean. I pointed out that I was flying to Buenos Aires, which isn’t in the Caribbean, but in South America. She then told me that she was going to call someone at the Admirals Club to see if that was an acceptable destination. After her call, she hung up and said«you’re all set.» I asked her if that meant that I was all set to stay. She said yes and did not apologize at all. I am very disappointed and upset that I was treated this way. I think it is imperative that your staff learn the major cities of the world that allow entry to the club. It was embarrassing and upsetting to be made to feel as if I were not supposed to have access to the club. I have had to deal with a stressful situation for no reason, along with being treated rudely by your staff. This is completely unacceptable. I will no longer be using this airline or recommending it to anyone. If you need to go to a US Airways lounge at PHL, go to the other one, near the F gates. I hope that one is better!

Pretty mediocre place. Not terrible for sure, but they also really aren’t trying very hard. Its only saving grace is the view, but even that fails to wow. When they call this place a lounge, they really mean it. This is a place to sit. and thats about it. Sure they have snacks and drinks. But so does every other business class lounge in the world. The only difference is that other airlines build on those basics, while here you are left with the bare minimum that USairways would have to provide without having to just turn it into regular passenger seating area. Maybe the imminent merger with AA is causing some things to slide, as US air will soon no longer be known by that name, but thats hardly an excuse to offer business travelers a subpar experience. Finally, it’s a little annoying that you have to go through a bartender to get drinks. Most European/Canadian lounges Iknow allow you to pour your own, which is much more convenient

This was one of the best US Airways Clubs I have been in. Hubs and I were in Philly and had some time before our flight and decided to utilize the club for our wait. Easy check-in process, the place was very large and clean! There were plenty of hot and cold bevs to choose from and lots of snacks. You can pretty much go anywhere in this club and be alone, which is nice. There are lots of nooks and crannies with comfy sitting areas. The place just goes on and on as you walk back. House wine is free, and of course, all of the crappy beers are too, but for some reason, there was no house white so I had to opt for a not-so-great red which was a bummer. Overall, it was a nice experience.

What a disaster of an airline. Awful! From AUS to PHL to the airline club, nothing but delays and system errors. I sure hope AA can turn them around. Very different culture.

A larger sized club conveniently located between terminals B and C. Very nice bathrooms located in the club and a very nice work area. Definitely worth it if you are waiting for a flight.

Love going to the US Airways club when in the airport. Get away from the small terminal seating and rest and relax here in this oasis. Nice refreshments and snacks!

Not bad — far better the life in the terminal. There were plenty of snacks and lots of room — nice place to either kick back and relax or get hooked up to the net and surf. I am very glad I paid the money to get this membership — it really can make the difference between a bad trip and a good trip. The staff are normally pretty friendly and they can also assist you with travel plans or changes right inside.

Startlingly large and bright space. My jaw almost dropped when I walked in and saw how large the facility is. You can easily find private or group spaces to either get away or enjoy time with friends. A group of four to my right is drinking and playing cards, yet I’m sure there are a bunch of people hiding out. House wine is fine and free. Cheese and crackers, nice chips and granola bars and things. The service is quite nice. The front desk person gave me a personal welcome and a run down of the club since it was my first time. The bartender has prob worked in this airport for decades. Me: what’s the house wine? Him: cabernet, cabernet, and cabernet Really like this club.

This is a domestic lounge for a US based airline, and with those caveats this is a pretty decent lounge. Over the last couple years they have really improved. Seats have been replaced, snacks have been improved and beer and wine has been made free. Wifi is still terribly slow during peak times, but I usually don’t want to use Wifi here anyway. Could there be a larger snack selection? Yes. Could a few more drinks be free? Sure. But, what they’ve got is certainly good enough. The lounge is supposed to provide me with a few snacks, a drink and a quiet break from the main terminal. The US Airways B/C Club does just that.

Bear in mind that I’m rating this as it compares to the two other airport lounges I’ve been to(MIA’s American Admiral’s Club and MAD’s Iberia VIP lounge)… Although comfortable enough, and a definite improvement over having to wait in the airport below, this place was quite disappointing as far as the level of service, what was offered complimentary, and the amenities available. Sure, beggars can’t be choosers and I got in on someone else’s access, but I really expected more
