University Otolaryngology Assoc

I am fairly giving them a middle of the road because I am going to be going back in a month and will update my review when I get to meet with them more than once…
But as for this visit I was whelmed. Best way to put it. My appointment was at 12:40pm. I was early. I am always early. However I did not get to see the actual doctor until close to 2pm. I am guessing the woman who came in before the doctor was a physicians assistant because she was the one who did the actual evaluation of me. She also was very caring and knowledgeable.
I have to go back for a follow up to see if I need to have my tonsils removed. I will be going to their other office on Roosevelt Blvd. I can better get a handle of these people then.
The receptionist at this office however was great. She was very efficient and tried to work as fast as possible with the amount of people in the waiting area. There should be two of her really lol.
