I grabbed some homemade soup of the day from Unique Bouquet Café last week. The Café opened recently on South Street West and is still ironing out the kinks. For example, receipts were handwritten and it took a bit of time after I ordered a sandwich to be told they were out of the main ingredient. Hence why I only got soup.
The creamy chicken soup had a nice homestyle texture and tasted like a lot of veggies went in to the stock, however it was on the salty side. I’ll give the café a few more weeks to get settled and I’ll come back for that sandwich.
