It’s super tiny in here. Super tiny. Bull in a china shop tiny. However, it’s well worth stopping in from time to time to see what is in store.
It’s definitely a great place to buy a very special gift for a people you like! Perfect for hostess gifts or a gift for friends when you have stayed in their home! They have gifts that you will most likely not find elsewhere unless you are friends with Elaine and she can find it for you!

I don’t live in Philadelphia, but whenever I am in town, TownHome is stop I must make. Dana, the owner, knows her merchandise well and is extremely helpful. She has the best selection of jewelry. It’s hard not to buy everything in sight! Love love love this place!

This place is quite the gem! I always buy gifts for my fiancé at this wonderful center city store. The owner was not only extremely generous and accommodating, but so knowledgeable, which was important to a guy who is lost and ignortant when it comes to jewelry! I’ll never go elsewhere for gifts!

i have been shopping at town home for years, it is definitly my go to store for gifts. Even though the space is small it is full of AMAZING items. I even got all of my bridesmaids gifts there when i got married. Dana is a very helpful owner, she gives great advice, i never have that «oh did i get the right gift» feeling. I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for one of a kind items.

Here you’ll find less modern wares than at Izzo or Fosters.
There are a few funky products, but they are mixed in with more artistic and homey pieces. This is the type of place the urbanite and mom can shop together and both will find something good.
UPDATE: They just opened up Town Home baby, where you can buy the cutest things he or she will grow out of in a few months.
