This real estate company is one that attempts to scam its residents and provide very little service. While a resident for three years in an apartment owned by Michael Yelson, the maintenance requests we put in were serviced incredibly slowly (sometimes a few days late for something as critical as a leak in the roof) or almost not at all.
It is very difficult to get a hold of the owner because their hours are almost impossible to determine and the call service they use is disappointing. I highly recommend not renting from them.

Terrible company. I typically enter into every new situation with a positive attitude and think the best of people, but every interaction with Michael Yelson was negative. He would burn through assistants every few weeks as is appeared that no one was able to stand him. I lived above his office and would hear him yelling at tenants and employees daily. If people complained, he instructed his workers to go to the apartment to find out how the tenant may be at fault (this happened while I was sitting in his office writing out a rent check, he didnt care that one of his tenants was standing there while he berated other tenants over the phone or instructed employees to find ways around repairs). I would avoid this company at all costs.
