The Party Concierge

I can’t say enough about Erica and The Party Concierge.
If she says something will happen then it will — you can take her at her word. She is incredibly easy to work with, imaginative, creative, kind, considerate and hard working. Every time we have hired Erica she has come through and always with a smile on her face and a cheery «can do» attitude. Even when she worked a graduation party in the middle of a heat wave and she had to bring food, drinks, etc… from the house to a tent way outside in the yard, she never once complained.
Erica is a professional and she understands what that entails. She is attentive and intuitive and has always remembered details that we forgot. This kind of assistance was priceless when I wanted to plan an event and be hands-​on but I had a dozen other things to oversee as well. Erica is a gem.
I will continue to hire The Party Concierge because Erica is an excellent resource for planning and executing an event.

I wish it was possible to give a TEN star review to The Party Concierge! Erica and her team were wonderful! The food far exceeded our expectations (and we’re food snobs!!!). The set up and service were amazing. They thought of (and delivered!) things we didn’t even know we needed — and did it all with gracious professionalism and for a very fair price. I have several other events on the horizon and I wouldn’t consider using anyone else!!!

First let me say that this was the first time I ever considered having assistance with our grand La Vigilia Christmas Eve dinner. Erica put me at ease immediately from our first telephone conversation through our kitchen walk-​through, up to the evening of our dinner and ending with cleanup. Erica Joseph is an amazing young woman. She is a problem solver. Everything she does is professional, organized, highly competent and with a smile. I was somewhat reluctant to give up any of the Christmas eve dinner planning and execution as it is a well-​worn, highly personal sequence of Italian specialties on which my family and friends have grown to depend. Erica served beautifully with that perfect balance of charm and professional rigor. She was especially sweet with my mom and dad who are in their young 90s. Behind the scene, Erica filled in around me in the kitchen managing boiling pasta pots, timing sizzling crab cakes, fixing cold seafood plates and serving smelts, lobster, calimari, and shrimp to rival the most elegant restaurant. I was actually able to sit with my guests for the first time in 25 years. As the feasting continued in the dining room Erica quietly washed dishes and scoured pots. After five hours of dining I was able to go into my kitchen and find the mounds of china, crystal, and silver ready to be put away. If all that wasn’t enough, on the day of our dinner, Erica saved me the trip into South Philadelphia and picked up my Termini cookie and Sarcone bread orders. Needless to say I have already secured my contract with Erica for next Christmas Eve. You cannot go wrong working with Erica Joseph; she is superb in every way. She is flexible enough in her execution that she will work in the manner you require.
