Ten Perfect Nails Salon

Perfect 10 used to be the perfect nail salon for me… it is close to my home and the service was always good… until last summer 2012. I have been a customer for years and recently I noticed a lack of professionalism with the staff particularly the owner «Amber»… The last draw for me was when I was told to never come back after I complained about a design on my toes not being done nicely… I stated my concern to the owner and she offered to take it off and just paint the toe… when I asked for my money that I had already given them for the design she says no because the design was done I just didn’t like it… and people it was done but it was jacked up! I demanded my money or a new design the owner then preceded to tell me to get out and never come back. If you don’t wanna deal with people get out of the service industry… people pay for services and expect positive results! I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog… let alone one of my friends!!!

Sorry, will not be back .The first time I go there my wallet was STOLEN .At first the owner said she will review the tape to help me .Then layer changed her mind and said she dont won’t her customers to get in trouble it’s bad for buisness .You would have thought I was’nt a customer, but I was and won’t be back .I changed everthing before anything was Charged… So I won’t be back…
