Only giving them a 2 because I like the polish changed they did on my toes. I normally get my nails done in New Jersey but living right across the street seemed to be the perfect place to run into. Well I will not be returning. I always get a gel manicure every two weeks. My nails always last. Even when bartending and a nursing student washing my hands non stop. Well my polish didn’t even make it 4 days on my hand. And I only worked one shift. Super disappointed and will not be returning

Okay place; did a pretty good job with my pedicure, although still left a lot of the callouses left. The lady cut my finger twice when doing my cuticles, which was very unpleasant. Nice result, besides the pain.

Excellent service with kind and attentive nail artists. Jen helped me out since I had a gel — French tipped — manicure that needed filling in and trimming. She did an excellent job and was very sweet too. And … I was a walk-in — no appointment — and she took me in. She told me she didn’t have the same pink color, but that she could make it work. She knew just what to do and my nails look great. I’ll be back!

I had the exact same experience as Liz D. today. I got my eyebrows waxed and the technician took off half of my eyebrow. I didn’t realize until I had already left and put my glasses back on. I went right back in and explained that I was not happy with the wax job as way too much was taken off. The technician who waxed me kept saying she didn’t take a lot off, she just cleaned them up. The owner kept trying to let me have her wax my other eyebrow to make them even, ie take half of my other eyebrow off! She kept saying only one hair needed to be taken off the other brow to make them even, she didn’t really see a problem. A quality business tried to satisfy the customer. A validation that I wasn’t crazy would have been nice and a refund or discount for next time would have been nicer. I explained I was not interested in more brows being taken off and that they unfortunately lost a customer. There are many other salons in the area, don’t waste your time going to this one.

Seriously, the worst. My nails were crooked, thick, awkward, and the employees literally talked so much crap about every customer that walked out of the door after receiving services. Location would be so ideal for me, but I’m NEVER coming back here… Ever. Oh, and the price? Stupid.

Terrible experience. Went to get a manicure and eyebrow wax. The young lady took half of my left eyebrow off. When I told her(in a polite way) that I didn’t feel comfortable with the results, she called the manager over who began yelling at me that it was fine and that I had half an eyebrow when I came in. Despite the fact that she was lying and had a really nasty tone, I don’t like confrontations or causing a scene so I told her that I would just fix it when I got home and that it was no hard feelings. They’d already started on my manicure a little before I got my eyebrows waxed and I guess they were worried that I wouldn’t pay so the girl demanded that I pay for everything right away, which I did and even tipped the girl. I wish that I hadn’t because right after she swiped my card, she began to talk about me to every single one of her fellow employees and some of the other customers — while doing my nails mind you — throwing around the word«Americans» this and«Americans» that. I have never in my life been more insulted and wouldn’t recommend any«Americans» to come back to this place. Extremely rude and unprofessional and the manicure job was rushed and not done very well either.

Eh, average…2.5 stars really. I stopped by in dire need of a pedicure. They were quick but didn’t take enough time to scrub down my calluses, so my feet didn’t feel as fresh walking out of there as they usually do after a pedicure. The pedicure is $ 25, but the mani/pedi is only $ 32, so if I return in the future(out of geographic convenience) I’ll get the mani/pedi to feel like I’m getting a good value.

TD Nails became my go-to spot when I lived around the corner. The ladies working here were always friendly, welcoming, and did a bang-up job on my feet and hands. The salon is clean and nice, and as another review mentions, the ladies will go out of their way to make sure clients are comfortable. More than a year later, I went just a little bit out of my way to come back, and once again was thoroughly pleased. $ 30 gets you all of the bells and whistles of a typical inexpensive mani/pedi with above average service and results. TD offers other services as well, including gel manicures, paraffin, and waxing, but I can’t vouch for those services except to say that two girls came in during my last visit to get their eyebrows waxed. I take that to mean they can’t be terrible at waxing. TD takes credit cards, but don’t be a jerk — tip with cash.

Got a basic manicure and was not thrilled. The woman who did the manicure rushed and the filing job was bad. Hopefully the next time I go back it will be better!

$ 30 for a mani-pedi and I was out in less than hour? Hell yeah. Recent remodeling has made the spot even cuter. Tv’s everywhere and the staff are just adorable. Plus, once you’re done you can roll over to McGlinchey’s with your new nails. Win/win.

This is my favorite place to get my manicures and pedicures. It probably has something to do with the fact that it is so close to my apartment but if they weren’t great, I would definitely seek out a better place. The ladies that work there are sweet and complementary and give you a great and quick(if you need it) polish. I can pop in at lunch and be out of there with time to spare. Or, if you are looking for something more relaxing, you can certainly have that too. They do gel manicures now(yay!) and also do some waxing although I cannot vouch for that. I know sometimes people can be hesitant about going into a place they have never been for a mani/pedi but put your mind at ease and try out the ladies at TD Nails.
