Didn’t even get seen yet and I can see this particular T-Mobile is full of shit. Waited in line until I was told to sign in. Now I would have known to sign in if I were even greeted in the first place. Six employees working and not one said to sign in to be seen. Finally, after being seen, I was told to go home and finish setting up my phone via Wifi as opposed to just using their Wifi since I was there. The point of being there in its entirety was for them to activate and restore everything to the new device in which I had purchased. Had I known I would have had to do it myself, I wouldn’t have even wasted my time here. Returned home and still couldn’t set up my phone so I just returned to my favorite T-Mobile Store on Aramingo Ave & York St(it was out of the way, hence why I didn’t go here in the first place) and they took care of me, as always!
