Sushi Do Food Cart

I had high hopes for this one. The prices were fair, and they had a spicy combo, so how could you go wrong? The dude even said «see you tomorrow!» after I paid, suggesting some confidence in his product.
So the spicy combo was spicy tuna, salmon and california roll, all of which had maybe twice as much rice as spice. Maybe my tolerance for heat has increased substantially, but this tasted like nothing. The miso soup was pretty decent, though, and well priced. That said, I think I’ll probably hit up another cart before trying my luck again.
