WORST EVER!!!
They are horrible. They padded my child’s claim and then after telling me they accept both of my dental insurances, tried to stick me with a bill for OVER $ 500.00!!! They had no intentions of submitting the claim to both insurance companies.
Why would I allow them to put sealant on my child’s teeth that you just told me would be coming out in about 3 months or so? Are you kidding me???
I called the insurance company and we did a conference call to their office manager JENNA. Jenna basically admitted to insurance fraud. Needless to say, the rep from the insurance company had Jenna repeat everthung she said. Poor Jenna was so busy trying to be smart that she didn’t realize that she was spilling the beans.
