Slowest and worst Bucks around. Needs a Mgmt makeover. No matter what I’ve ordered in multiple trips always less than standard. Baristas don’t know how to make drinks

Was very disappointed with the customer service. I came the buy a few mugs and coffee so I was spending quite a bit of money too. When I purchased the mugs and coffee, I told the barista that I would like to pay with seperate transactions using the app. Everyone knows you get stars per trans. The barista then informed me that you do not get stars per transaction. I then told her she was wrong and you actually do. After I said that she rolled her eyes and ignored me. I was trying to get her attention asking her when Starbucks changed their rewards policy. Mind you, I’m not a rude person at all and she still acted like she couldn’t hear me, looking a completely different direction. She could defiantly hear me and decided to act childish instead. Couldn’t be more disappointed with the customer service. Please vet your employees better or put some of them through a customer service training/refresher.

I hit a crucial caffeine minimum on a layover in the Philly airport, and this location came to the rescue. The line seemed long, but moved quickly. They seemed to alternate between making batches of iced/frozen drinks and batches of hot drinks, which was odd, but overall we waited under 5 minutes for our order. The coffee was nothing spectacular, but my cappuccino was consistent with every one I’ve ever ordered at other locations, and predictability is what we’re all looking for at Starbucks, anyway.

Couldn’t see breakfast sandwich signs until after I ordered. It was buried in pastry case tipped at an angle so hard to find. No napkins at coffee station even though 5 people were behind the counter. When I asked the only person hussing for a napkin, they shouted to someone else and it still took a while. Did everyone arrive late to work and not prep for morning rush?

One of the worst Starbucks — anywhere! There are never enough people working, always long lines, and the usual Starbucks atmosphere is no where to be found.

Slow service and the worst, and I mean the worst, mocha I’ve ever experienced. Instant hot chocolate made with water is better than this stuff. I would’ve returned it, no retry for this bunch, only I didn’t taste my drink until already on the plane. I wish I’d known there was a Peet’s.

I’ve been to this airport more than once now and each time, I’m tired and groggy. This time was no different, I just got off a red eye flight, connecting here. Came here for some coffee, line is really long and really slow. Coffee wasn’t correct, frappucino wasn’t correct, ah well. Went to sit down, limited seats, charging station didn’t work. Moving to another part of the airport…

Ever wondered what the worst Starbucks in the world is? This one. The Philadelphia Airport Starbucks is the worst Starbucks.

It’s a typical location, but the baristas need a bit of time management control. That will come with time. For the most part pleasant staff, but they really seems to have way to many personal conversations in a customer service setting. This was a much needed addition to PHL.

Even in an Airport I will not concede to subpar coffee, I will find the closest Starbucks and even if it’s out of the way I will make a trip to get my morning coffee. My flight was leaving at 7am and I was definitely needing my coffee once I made it through security. I was flying out of terminal D and this Starbucks was a short walk and was between terminals B and C. My coffee was made to my liking, the baristas were friendly and I was able to use my gold card. I hope they expand their locations within the Airport and eventually add a Starbucks to terminal D, until then it’s a short walk for my coffee.

Flew again today and two Fridays ago from Philly. Today seemed a little disorganized and line went too slowly. I admit they were trying but it was so slow, our orders were right and the staff was friendly, we finally have starbucks and an alternative to le bus or dunkin donuts now at Philly airport. Between concourse b and c. A nice addition to my morning flights. Now a little more organization and it would rock. Customers need to be ready to order when they get to counter. Large families wait and then look like a deer in the headlights. Seriously? I fly next Friday again so we shall see. It’s only been open a few weeks.

Just what PHL needed. It’s conveniently located between B and C terminal in the PHL marketplace, and close to the rocking chairs where you can watch the planes come and go. The baristas all seem happy, but being that this Starbucks has only been open for a week, there is plenty of time to be disgruntled like many other airport employees. One thing that surprised me though was that they didn’t have their own wifi. I know the airport has free wifi, but it’s incredibly slow, so I was looking forward to an alternative. Oh well, it won’t keep me from coming back I suppose.
