NO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company was recommended by the Funeral Home to print the memorial program book for my mother’s memorial service in June, 2012. Even though I met EVERY deadline set by the company, they broke their promise to provide the program the day before the service. The memorial service was ½ late in starting while we waited for the programs to be delivered. The programs were not assembled in the correct order and the owner BROKE HIS PROMISE TO REDO the programs, refusing to take my phone calls. The funeral home no longer uses their services. DON’T EVER USE SOLID ROCK PRINTING SERVICES!
