It takes a lot to get me to see a «mainstream» doctor, but I haven’t been able to shake this cold & it seems to have turned into a sinus infection, so I finally sucked it up & decided to go to the doctor.
Dr. Sobel’s father-​in-​law is actually a friend of my dad’s & when I was a teenager, I used to really look up to his wife (before she was his wife), so it was really nice to have that family connection. I have a feeling that he’s just as nice & friendly, though, to everyone. He just seems like really good people.
He got my medical history, gave me a quick exam, prescribed some much needed antibiotics, & requested I come back soon for my annual physical… which I need to do anyway for work.
Office staff was very friendly too. I spent very little time in the waiting room. Highly recommend.

Very disorganized office… staff is not attentive at all. I was prepped for surgery that was stopped because the doctor and his staff did not communicate that i had a uti. Very negligant!!!

I have been a patient for over 10 years and I’m still alive.
I am afraid of his practice getting swamped by new patients and him not being able to spend the time and care with me he always has.
So I will refrain from singing his praises further.

Excellent and prompt service. Office only accepts cash or checks which is a little behind the times! rating would have been better if modern payment procedures were in effect. I noticed a credit card reader in background… not for customers??? Even billing procedures only stipulate «Check or money order only»! I use flexible spending and do not wish to submit for reimbursement, if I don’t have to. Modernize!
