Oooooooooohhhh… If this is the one inside Liberty Place I can’t give them enough stars! I have been getting smoothies here for about ten years now and I have never, ever, ever had any complaints. I also think the same guy has been there as long as well, which is funny! To me places like«Jamba» and«Amazon» are mere imitations with their watered down juices and«boosters» to make you think you’re a little healthier after jamming that Flamers burger and fries down your throat… hey, but I had a Vitamin C boost in my Mango Smoothie! Jeeze. But Smoothie Junction still can appeal to that crowd with their soy or glutamine powders so drink up… at least something good is going in your body. But for you old fashioned simple smoothie lovers there are about twelve ‘regular’ menu items, dairy and non dairy as well as some new additions like a moch-java-style smoothie that actually looked tempting to this not-so-chocolate-lover. Their usually not too crowded so you can get there and back pretty quickly on that office lunch break and you’ll be just as full as you would be with that Subway entrée but your cholesterol will thank you more for this choice.

Mmm smoothies. I used to work here once upon a time, and I was a pretty groovy smoothie girl. But the magic didn’t last long behind the counter. If you’ve ever had the duty of cutting up box loads of oranges, you know how sweet it is to get citric acid in fresh cuts. Anyway, love the product! You watch the real fruit go into the blender. I try to stay away from the high-fructose corn syrup stuff. Nice tall cup — perfect on a summer day, but they are actually open year-round. That’s good when you get all four wisdom teeth removed and can’t consume solids.

It’s not as good as Jamba, but it does the trick. They have«boosters» just like Jamba(soy protein, etc.) and you can get the smoothies with fro-yo or just fruit juice. And if you are sick of tropical-tasting elixirs, they also have coffee mixtures. This is a great quick lunch but be warned: Cash only!
