ShopRite of Oxford & Levick

This has got to be the worst shop rite I’ve EVER been to. It stinks REALLY bad. The shelves aren’t stocked properly and there really is no rhyme or reason as to where things are. I was looking for a case of water, juice boxes and cases of soda. There was no specific aisle for drinks. They were all over the place. It was entirely too confusing. The staff is absolutely rude and most of the customers are beyond rude. I had 2 people run into me and not one said sorry or excuse me. STAY AWAY!!!

For some reason this location had the foulest odor as soon as you walk in the door. Also, they don’t have any self-​checkout lines which is a total hassle when you only have 4 items to purchase.

This Shop Rite is like the boyfriend/​girlfriend you’re stuck with for lack of a better option. You want to be with someone else but no one worth your time has presented them self. Every since the Superfresh off of Cottman closed I feel like this ghetto dive is my only option. Acme is just to rich for my blood so off to ShopRite I go.
I’ll give it to them, the prices are low, the ethnic aisles have a LOT of variety. I can usually find lots of Asian sauces, Jamaican ingredients, and Spanish goods as well.
It’s always jam packed though and the recent redesign of their store layout doesn’t help with the flow of traffic at all.
Tip: There sales start on Sunday so avoid the first day of the sales and the last day (Saturday) like the plague.
Tip: Take advantage of self checkout, 6 registers that are sure to be quicker than the regular cashiers.
Tip: Their fried chicken is pretty decent, try it!
Tip: Try the store brand honey roasted turkey at the deli counter. Pair it with a .99 french loaf for a great home made sandwich!

I really like the stuff and the price. They are bteer than any shoprite!
