This is one of our favorite city playgrounds! I just wish the building was open regular hours, especially on the weekends (kids need a potty!). I like that the toddler area is fenced in, and the park as a whole is also fenced in. Feels a little safer since it is more difficult for your kids to escape. The playground equipment is all fairly new, too. Starting to wear a little now, but still all pretty great.
