Scorpion Computers

I took my pc to scorpion. It had a bad hard drive and i couldnt get any of my photos. Voytek and the guys were able to get all of my pictures back and restore my pc. These guys are awesome!

I had my phone screen replaced for a very affordable price and in a couple hours the same day. However, it was very poor quality, I could barely see anything while I was outside, and it cracked the same day. Spend that extra $ 15 on a better quality screen. I also tried to get my computer fixed. It was like playing tag and very unorganized. They kept my computer for over a week to fix it. All they said was that they updated it, I got it back and the Internet was still not working. Made an appointment the following week for someone to come to my house and fix it, but no one showed up. They did call a couple hours later and left a message to call them, but as a company, how do you forget you have an appointment with a customer. I just let it go and prefer they keep my money instead of wasting my time again. Maybe I just had bad luck.

They really didn’t have to hang up on me. I wasn’t being rude or anything. They couldn’t find any parts after less than a minute of searching, and
I assume that after he realized that my call wasn’t profitable, he thought it would be acceptable to hang up when I was mid-​sentence. I was able to get the part directly from Dell, so now I’ll have someone else repair it –and any future devices that need repairs.

My laptop screen was cracked and they replaced it for $ 165 (plus tax) all in one day. He was super nice about everything and talked to me about everything under the sun regarding IT. Not there for your money, but to help solve your computer problems. That’s the vibe I felt from my experience:)
I was going to go to Best Buy but I probably would have had a longer turn-​around time and less money in my pockets.

If ever you need phone or computer help — go here first. These guys will not rip you off and seriously know what they are doing.
I didn’t have anything very complex to fix, just a laptop that died on me and I needed a diagnosis that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I wanted to erase the hard drive before recycling it because I was pretty sure it was not worth trying to repair it. I’d researched the common problems with my particular model of Acer Aspire (overheating) and wasn’t sure if it was worth trying to replace parts (only to not have them work). At first Matthew thought he could salvage the machine but the same problem of overheating kept happening while he was working on it. So he informed me it wasn’t worth it, and just got my data, music, photos, and downloads off the hard drive (for which I paid $ 50). If he were able to repair the machine, he said it would’ve cost me $ 160.
I trust these guys. Matthew is a genius. Service is so fast and so professional. They also have great deals on refurbs, ie: Mac desktop for $ 380 (wowza), Sony Vaio for $ 500, etc.
