My sister has been seen by this practice for ten years. I made this practice my primary care provider based on this information. I called for an appointment. I just need a quick look see for a prescription I’ve been on forever. After being on hold 10 minutes, I was told I could not be seen. I said I would be happy to see anyone in the practice as I had heard great things. I was rudely told there were no openings, including the nurse practitioner, until January. My sister is considering leaving this practice due to their VERY unimpressive display of zero customer service skills. I posted this to make the physicians aware that something as simple as a nasty phone experience can have far reaching consequences.
