Fantastic. The whole crew is friendly and efficient. I really appreciate that Dr Cronin takes the time to explain everything as she goes. They were very flexible and accommodating when I had a minor dental emergency. I highly recommend this office.

Ever since Dr Wakefield merged his business with Dr. Cronin, into what is now Rittenhouse Smiles, I have to say I am disappointed. yes, they are friendly and professional. I even thought the hygienist was friendly enough playing music she thought I would like as she cleaned my teeth, but, they are not pro-​active with getting referrals or working with someone with dental insurance, but, not excess money for procedures not covered under insurance plan. I think the old staff was caring and concerned about your dental health regardless of your financial situation but not anymore. I need to get a new partial as I have two missing bottom teeth and Dr Wakefield said tooth next to one of spaces was vulnerable. Tired of waiting.
Some dental offices take Care Credit, but this office does not. The office hours are really slim and inconvenient. I plan on finding a new dentist for the next year.

I cannot say enough about the consistent quality of impeccable care and treatment that I have received over the years at this dental office.
The careful concern for detail and the welfare of the patient: is beyond the standard level of care. It is superlative.
Over the years, I have had extensive dental repairs: basically this office rebuilt my mouth. Without fail, careful and cautious, analysis of each tooth was done, along with careful, explanations of all procedures, with decreasing my anxieties along the way.
I feel safe and secure with this dental office.
These comments are only a microcosm of most of my thoughts.

The dental gods where looking over me today. Doctor Cronin was able to find the extra canal so now I don’t have to see a specialist.
