Rita’s Water Ice

The manager or owner, an unknown white man was very disrespectful and ignorant to a 68 year old woman (my mother) about placing an order for 6 quarts of water ice. Telling her that you need to give advance notice for a number of quarts and there is not a posted notice about that. After hearing about this I called and confronted the manager and he hung up on me. As much as I love Rita’s as long as he’s the manager I will NEVER buy from the location again

Okay, I’ve got a couple beefs with this location. This is a review based on multiple visits
#1: Why are they trying to give me the CHEAPER version of Cherry Water Ice? The real Rita’s Water Ice is flavorful and has small pieces of cherry in it. This red melting scoop of feces is not that…
#2: Cherry and lemon Water Ice are the staples of EVERY WATER ICE STAND ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. Before all the other flavors: chocolate, sweedish fish, mango, pineapple, etc – there were CHERRY AND LEMON. They’re the Adam and Eve of water ice. So, why, in my final visit to this location did they NOT HAVE CHERRY WATER ICE??? What the h*ll is that about???
I know, finding a Rita’s can sometimes be like finding a senior citizen with all his/​her teeth… but go somewhere else than here, save your money…

It’s water ice… go get some.
