2 stars only because it is the closest Rita’s to the house… 2 stars because they usually only have 1 employee working at a time! The time it takes for me to stand on line, I could have driven to another Rita’s further away… I also question how there business is doing b/​c they have «2.99 lunch specials and buy 2 get 1 free family night specials»! I’m all for a great deal — but I’ve never seen another Rita’s franchise do this! Hire some more high school students and staff up this location!

I would have given them 5 stars before the new management. But since the new management has taken over it’s really gone downhill. The service ain’t that great anymore. Last time I went here with my friend she found a fingernail in her water ice. Mine was delicious though but still. Bad service + fingernail in food = not cool.
Go to the one on Willow Grove Avenue down the street. It’s much classier

College Daze: Rita’s water ice is the best for the summer and any time for a day away from college business! Their gelato and water ice is amazing… two in one… with a few layers in between interchangeably…
