Rita Villecco tailoring & Alterations

I went to three different places before coming to Ms. Rita’s. I needed a patch sewn on my Coast Guard Bravo jacket for an event at my unit. The first place told me they only do formal dresses. The second place told me that the work I needed done would require too much patience and would be too time consuming. When I met the woman at this shop, (I assumed she was the owner) she was more than willing to do what I needed. She told me the same thing the other two shop owners told me. She said that it would be very time consuming but that she was willing to do it because she believes service members aren’t thanked enough. I truly appreciated her willingness to help me out. PLEASE go here if you need anything sewn, hemmed, or tailored! She was so wonderful and accommodating.

Had to have my husband suit completely altered for size for my best friends wedding in March. The suit was perfectly altered and prices were more than fair. Good completion time, super nice couple. I’m bringing my wedding dress there for alterations as well. They’re the epitome of quality alterations.

Had 3 alterations done, very happy with the results. The kindness of the couple make it easy to explain what you are trying to accomplish in the alteration. Good communication and great work!

I picked up my suit that I had to have altered, and I was just blown away how perfect it fit. Rita and Pietro are the best, super nice people, I highly recommend them if you want your clothes to fit just right.

Great prices, this older italian couple is super friendly and does a nice job. They tapered two pair of jeans for me and are now tailoring a sports coat. Very friendly and very helpful.

There is not enough space to say good things about the Villeccos. Rita and Pietro are the most wonderful people, and every item we have ever brought to them has been expertly tailored. Reasonable turnaround and the best service you could ever hope for. It is so hard to get quality alterations at a reasonable price, but Rita delivers. I cannot thank our friend enough who referred us to her. I would recommend Rita to anyone. She’s the best!
