My boyfriend went to get a hair cut after trying 2 different places in the neighborhood and getting his hair butchered. When I called to make the appt Rich was super friendly and accommodating. I think they only take appts Thurs through Sat. My boyfriend said Rich was really nice and he came back with a great haircut. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a barber in that area.

Cute little barber shop. Just started taking my son there because I wanted to use a local small business. They do a great job and they’re very inexpensive. It’s usually a bit of a wait when we go in but nothing to deter us from going back.

Traditional old-​school barber. Three chair shop. Amazing guys! No nonsense and very friendly. Came in today for the first time and Chuck cut my hair. Best haircut I’ve had since moving to Philly six months ago! I will definitely be back!

When in the other day after I had unsuccessfully tried to get in with Ricco’s for a few days. Didn’t have to wait and the guys were really friendly. Got a nice fade from Chuck, he definitely put some work into it. Standard Port Richmond price and a benevolent atmosphere. I’ll be going back.

i live like 10 feet from the place in port richmond, NOT kensington. so, i would probably go there by default. But if i ever moved, i would travel to go there. it is a classic barber shop with 3 chairs. love the neighborhood feel of the place. 12 dollar haicuts with attention to detail for men. goatee trimming, eyebrow trims, straight razor to tighten up the back. its all good from the bantor to the barbors! eric always cuts my hair perfect, and the local neighborhood and sports talk is great. i feel refreshed when i leave there. are there many places where the employee will ask me if i want a coffee because he is heading to dunkin donuts? me thinks not!!!

Old style barber shop. Very friendly. Love the old chairs and the classic techniques. Way better and cheaper than those chain-​places.
