Nice people, good fruity smoothies & huge wraps. Prices seem right on target for both the neighborhood & the portions. Best to grab & go as the seating is limited & the lines can be a little long during M-F lunch hours. However, the service is pretty efficient.

Just got the veggie wrap with tomato pesto. I thought it was pretty good — had zucchini, eggplant, lettuce and roasted red peppers. I really enjoyed the tomato pesto. They charged extra for the whole wheat wrap which I think was silly, but it was just 35 cents. I’ll have to try a smoothie next time!

I just tried the Raindrop Café a few days ago, and I really loved it! I walked in, and was happy to find that there was no line, and I could order right away! The menu was super healthy, which was a pleasant change from the majority of artery clogging crap sold everywhere else! I got the«raindrop club»(with fake meat at no extra charge!), it was sooooo good! The prices were awesome too! I wish I would have tried the smoothies, but now I have an excuse to go back! ;)

MEh. Raindrop ar posseur juice bars. We need more places like they have in NYC that serve organic veggie juices — not slushies that all taste te same and have frozen pineapple in them. The wheatgrass here is nit turned over rapidly enough and they have NO grapefruit juice. It’s what we’re stuck with and I am thankful to have them in a pinch, but now… SQUEEZE in Comcast Center is saving my juicy day.

I’m starting a search for a great sandwich places in CC but sadly, I can’t say this is one of them. While just walking around for lunch, I was drawn to this place because of its bright colors and advertisement of healthy eating. Looking at the menu, I was stoked that I had many choices and that the price was cheap. They carry sandwiches, wraps, soups, salads, and smoothies. A regular sandwich is just $ 3.95. You can also get a combo(with chips, soda, or a smoothie) and it’s still less than $ 7(see pic). I got a sandwich and smoothie combo. The«Raindrop Smoked Turkey», which comes with lettuce, tomato, smoked gouda and sun-dried tomato pesto was so-so. It came out a lot smaller than I expected and I was not a big fan of the bread. The lettuce and tomato were fresh but the sun-dried tomato lacked flavor so I didn’t really notice it was there. What bugged me most about this sandwich though was that the smoked turkey was very salty(I don’t know how healthy that can be) so I’d skip this sandwich and try something else. The regular sized wrap here is also pretty small. What I did really enjoy about this place was the smoothie! You definitely should try the«Mango Mania», which has passion fruit mango juice, strawberries, bananas, and pineapple sorbet. Great flavor and consistency. Also, this place doesn’t have seating except for two small tables outside. If you are going to eat here, expect to bring it to-go.

I tend to visit the Raindrop Café almost every morning after the gym, before going to work. If anyone is familiar with Jamba Juice, the Raindrop Café is a wonderful substitute. They have a great selection of smoothies that taste very well. They offer a selection of «boosts» to add to your smoothie with the first one being free. The staff is extremely friendly and quick. The Raindrop Café always has a pretty decent selection of healthy sandwiches and soups, which I enjoy taking home. My only gripes are that it is usually very warm inside, which causes my glasses to fog up. Also, they could probably expand their smoothie menu just a tad.

Do not get a pretzel here. I was in Philly for a friend’s wedding this weekend. What’s Philly known for? Cheese steaks and pretzels. The smoothies are also pretty good and far more prevalent than in Boston. That said, we stopped in after a long morning of meeting people at the temple, reception hotel and rehearsal dinner restaurant followed by a light lunch and some last minute shopping. It was hot out. A smoothie was just what we needed. I got the Raspberry something-or-another. It was soooooo good. Mmm Smoothie goodness. The pretzel? Definitely not soft or chewy in a good way. Stick to the smoothies at this joint.

I often stop into the Raindrop Café at 18th and Chestnut on my lunch hour because the food is cheap, tasty, and quickly made. That, and I don’t know where else to get a smoothie in the area, since I work nearby and don’t want to squander my lunch hour by wandering in search of another smoothie bar. My laziness aside, though, I really like this little place. They’ve got very good smoothies, and their wraps and salads are fresh and tasty. I especially like their black bean wrap. The food is also cheap, which is a plus in my book. They conveniently have an ATM inside, as well, if you’re running low on cash. It’s not very big inside, though, so you can’t really eat in there. I like to grab my food to go and find a nice spot in Rittenhouse Square to eat. Check it out if you’re in the area and are hungry for a nutritious and quick meal.
